   BEWARE: Dishonest Business with Awful Customer Service! I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Bows Baby Boutique, and I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake. This business is completely untrustworthy and unprofessional—avoid them at all costs! I returned an item in perfect condition with proof, yet they lied and falsely claimed it was damaged to avoid issuing a refund. When I called to discuss this blatant dishonesty, the owner was rude, dismissive, and even had the audacity to tell me to ‘be quiet and listen’—how’s that for customer service? Instead of handling things professionally, they blocked me on social media when I warned them that I would be sharing my experience. That alone speaks volumes about their shady business practices! Let’s be clear: their return policy is ridiculously strict and unfairly enforced. I removed the tags to try the clothing on my baby but returned it in perfect condition. The claim that it had a "black oily mark" is a complete LIE—I even provided proof that it was spotless, yet they refused to acknowledge it. Even more infuriating, during our phone call, they admitted that marks weren’t the issue—yet now they’re using this excuse to avoid issuing my refund. What’s worse? They clearly don’t care about consumer rights. Even if the tags were removed, I am still entitled to a refund if the item does not match its description. The sizing was incorrect, which means I was completely within my rights to return it. But rather than do the right thing, they chose to silence me and block me on social media. A reputable business does NOT operate like this! It’s also incredibly suspicious that after I left my review, they suddenly got a wave of obviously fake five-star reviews to cover up the truth. If they were truly a professional, trustworthy business, they wouldn’t need to fake good reviews to bury the real ones! DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are dishonest, their customer service is appalling, and their return policy is an absolute joke. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity take your business elsewhere.

   Amazing as always, I have been using this shop for the last 4 years for my children they really go out of their way to please their customers. They also have the best selection and great quality clothing for my boys, never had any problems on the odd occasion when Iv required a size swap this was done promptly with no issues and always received quickly and beautifully packaged. Highly recommend
