   Visited Wrexham branch today and was shocked by the state of the floor in the changing room. There was an accumulation of thick dust & dirt which had obviously been there for quite a while. When I spoke to a member of staff they were not interested and made no attempt to clean or apologise for it.

   Very poor service,staff need to learn to have manners and smile it costs nothing manners and respect and happiness . None of them seem happy doing the job they are payed to do .This is evey time i go to this store so it cant be that they are having a bad day. Always busy chatting to each other never seem to want to help customers if they need it.

   I went to the Wrexham store today to return a pair of Nike trainers which have been squeaking from the sole since I purchased them even tho Nike have a lifetime guarantee the staff in JD seem to think they are allowed to sell defective footwear and not take them back when they are returned. I’m truly disappointed with this store and will never shop in this store again and I don’t know if I’ll ever use JD brand again.

   Visited the J D sports shop in Wrexham today. I was extremely disappointed at the delay and poor service. The staff did not seem interested . I asked for helping in searching for an item, the young girl told me to go back to where I saw the item and somebody would be with me soon. She used her walking talkie machine twice to ask someone to come over to me, I waited quite a few minutes, the young girl came issued me with two boxes of pumps and walked off, I never saw her again. I asked a young man to assist me in obtaining another pair of pumps, he did not attend. I was so disappointed and informed a member of staff about the poor service. There were about 6 members of staff on going about their duties, but clearly did not seem interested in customer care, neither did they seem happy in their work. I cannot see how they are making profit when customers are ignored like this. This is not the first time it's happened to me in this store. More training is needed!!

   Management clearly don’t care for staff members. Screaming and shouting at them on a shop floor while customers are in despicable. Really hope they evaluate the situation.

   I usually write of JD but they have a good selection of shoes at decent prices. Only down side is that the staff hover over you constantly and the experience of trying on shoes feels very pressured because of it.
