I've had pleasant experiences each time I've visited the hospital. Staff members in various departments are friendly and are happy to stop and explain things where needed. Felt like a person and not a number.
Had gastroscopy yesterday by Lorna it was amazing.. had sedation did not feel anything and Lorna explained what she had seen and it was all good news..... Fantastic...
Excellent caring friendly and knowledgeable staff making you feel relaxed throughout the procedure and my stay Would recommend to everyone Lovely clean warm environment. Just Would like to wish all staff a great big thankyou for everything
I visited Trafford General Hospital yesterday. I would like to thank everyone involved in my visit. Staff on reception, Triage, Nurses, Doctor and the X.Ray Dept. I am feeling a lot better after leaving with Antibiotics and all within 2 hours. Amazing treatment by very lovely people. Thank you.
My wife had a surgery in orthopaedic ward 12 and day surgery admitted morning 7:15 and discharged at 6:30 PM. They told us to leave home once operation over your wife call you. Everything went well and successfully completed surgery in back of shoulder. Good neat and clean hospital. Both doctors and nurses very good in taking care of my wife during surgery.
Went today with my son who needed an xray on his foot. All the staff were lovely and caring and we were seen quickly. Could not ask for more.
Very good service today at the acute centre. They were a clinician down, but the staff were lovely and really helpful.
My mum is currently on AMU . She has dementia and I can't praise the ward highly enough. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They treat her with dignity, respect and kindness. And are very welcoming and helpful to visitors. The ward is clean and cheerful
The staff were helpful, given all the exams and treatments that I needed for Emergency health issues. They gave me most care. Friendly Doctors, Nurses and staffs. Very organized and clean. You're all heroes. Thank you for saving people's life. Giving 4 stars as I had to queue under bit rainy weather outside the door before getting admitted, thankfully not that long ; also I hope there will be a 24 hours emergency service in the future. But overall I am happy with the help that I received. Thank you once again.
This was the first ever NHS hospital. Parking is free but very hard to get a place during busy times. Staff were very good in the high Friendship unit.
