If i could give no stars then I would ripped me off good and proper nearly £600 for a alternator on my car, called other garaged and it should of been half that price. Never again. AVOID AVIOD AVOID.... how do you sleep at night.

Fantastic garage. I have been using this garage for several years and they have completed multiple MOTs, services, and various other pieces of work including welding. Never had any problem. They are extremely helpful, accommodating, always phone to explain any problems, the cost and do not push you about getting it fixed, giving you time to think about the costs. They answer any question you have, and as a female, I have always felt well valued and respected. It's always a pleasure to let them do work on my car knowing it will be a good job. Also one of very few garages that don't talk down to you as a female. Sometimes they clean and/or wash your car too which is a bonus when you go to collect it!
Absolute 1st class service, took the car for a check up, and pointed out there was an intermittent problem with the brakes, I had a call back 2 hours after dropping the car off explaining what was wrong and the problems were sorted and fixed by mid afternoon the same day, great service and communication. Perfect thankyou!!
Went here with a flat tyre. Basically refused to change flat tyre as member of staff was in a rush to get home. Not good customer service i would say. Will avoid this garage now as basically turned away money from me. Thankyou for finally replying to my review after it was posted 10 months ago. By the way Phil YES it was defintley this garage and also it wasn't after 5.00pm.
An amazing garage with the fantastic staff. Always going the extra mile for you. Never had an issue and our cars have been going there for services, mot's and any issues for over 5 years.
