   Love the selection of kids clothes from newborn to toddler, an exciting time for me and my husband Billy as we’ve just become first time grandparents! The only downside of the shop was that we were after personalised baby grows however struggled to find one with the name Bobby Lorraine Turkey on. Even struggled to find one wit his nickname BLT on. Apart from this, the fabric felt lovely and soft for a newborn skin. My husband was no help in picking outfits as he’s been acting very disinterested in the whole thing as I don’t think he’s too keen on our daughter’s boyfriend Jimmy Sandwich.

   I absolutely love shopping at JoJo Maman Bebe on our High Street. It’s such a warm and welcoming store, with a great selection and I always leave feeling happy and well looked after. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Gifty - she’s honestly amazing. Every time I pop in, she remembers me and what I’ve bought before, and her recommendations are always spot on. She’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely lovely person to chat to, a real asset to the shop!

   The customer service not only in this branch but many others is horrible. The workers are so miserable and rude. The clothes are great quality and really pretty which reflect in the price tag however customer service should do too. The staff members today were making fun of the prices being high whilst putting stock out and making fun of customers who spend their money here. The Stoke Newington branch was amazing and I was a regular shopper there and the staff were very polite. However if the customer service doesn't change the company will continue to close down branches. It's a shame cause there are lots of comments and nothing being done about it.

   Honestly don't work in customer service if you don't have the skills to do so. I wanted to change an item and it seems like everyone else on these reviews I had the same disappointing experience. After speaking with the online chat option I was told that the company have now partnered with NEXT who may I add are amazing at exchange / refunds! I was told that this is why they now don't offer exchanges... absolutely baffling! Such a shame and super disappointing - I definitely wont be shopping here again. I'll stick to NEXT!

   Lovely items but terrible terrible terrible customer service!! One lady who works here is so frosty, abrupt and rude, she will drive away all the customers!!! I think she is in the wrong job clearly, if you hate your job so much do something else. All the other reviews clearly agree. Avoid this place and shop online.

   First time visiting this store and couldn’t find any downsides. The two ladies were really lovely and keen to help me. Customer service was great! The things I bought weren’t cheap, but there is high quality, which is most important for our little ones. Everything is very clean and organised. Will definitely come back.

   Lovely friendly and helpful staff. A friend was having a baby shower so I didn't know if it was going to be a girl or boy and I needed to find a gift. I don't know much about babies and the staff were very helpful at suggesting some gender neutral clothes and helped with buying the correct size for different seasons etc

   I love Jojo Maman's clothes but the staff at this location leaves something to be desired. They are so rude. I went to buy a gift and from the beginning I was told not to let my litlle girl touch anything. I understood this aspect with this virus situation but the lady there kept telling me this and at one point I didn't look at what I had to buy, I was pay attention only to my little girl because that lady keeps looking at us. It's a children's store, it's normal for parents to come shopping with the little ones and they are curious they want to touch things. It was very stressful and I felt pressured.
