   I do love this little shop and Mandy always has such a lovely smile when one walks in. I love my handbags and if Mandy does not have the colour or style that I want she goes out of her way to find one I like. There is so much to choose from, not only bags but beautiful clothing and scarves and even some gorgeous shoes and trainers! Whenever I am in Newton Le willows I usually pop n to see what is new or even what I have missed!

   Shocking customer service. I purchased a throw costing £69.99 which within weeks developed a sizeable hole. On returning the throw I was informed that the supplier would not accept liability my transaction was not with the supplier it was with Willows. I was offered a repaired throw and a £10 gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Purchase from here at your own risk as if anything proves faulty you're basically stuck with it
