After a delay in my repair to my Toyota the garage was good when collecting gave me a good price and replaced thing without me having to pay .which I was so grateful for thank-you very much ,I will be returning in the future .
In my eyes £40 for car MOT is a bit too much. All other local garages do MOT for £25 up to at most £34 (WiFi and car wash incl.) So it was my first and last time when I spend my money there. :(
I would not advise anyone to go here. Service has seriously declined over the years. Myself and my dad have been bringing cars here for more than 10 years and never had any problems until recently. The last time I took my car in for a repair they waited all day without doing anything to it or calling me to let me know what was going on and today I have received the worst customer service I have received anywhere in my whole life. The old man who I assume runs the place is openly sexist, patronising and undermining to women. He had no interest in listening to me trying to explain my situation and the asked if my dad was around to "sort it out for me" and spent the whole time addressing me as "my darling" like some sort of bimbo without the slightest clue what I needed. I work in the automotive industry and am no stranger to car parts but he had no interest in anything I had to say.
They had booked my sisters car in for repairs to pass the mot. First time she took it up they hadn't ordered the part so they did it while we were there we were asked if we could bring it back in a couple of hours. Wich my sister did when we got to the garage the lad who asked us to bring it in said I'm on my dinner can you bring it back in an hour so we did when we got it there the lad had dissappeared in fact we couldn't find anyone. Finally the man who owns the garage got someone who so called fixed the car which was booked in for 10 am my sister took it home at 5.45 my sister is disabled her car is vital to her. Next day she had trouble bad trouble with the car so Monday took it back. Who ever fixed it buckled my sister wheel and tried to blame her they had taken the battery off for no reason. Think very carefully before you take a car here there rubbish customer care is nil I wonder if she would have been treated like this if she was a man. Oh and to top it all off they lost here mot certificate there a total waste of space.
