   Great customer service! First place I saw when my wheel became loose and a wheel nut had fallen off. They fixed it straight away and even had the spare part. They checked my car for any signs of damage from the problem. Very efficient and professional. Can’t thank enough, helpful staff, highly recommend!

   Arrived at opening time without an appointment and was seen straight away. Only needed one tyre replacing but the team were fully booked. Pat took his time to call around every other local dealership to see if anyone could fit me in. Even though they couldn’t I really appreciated this gesture and great service. I got a call at around midday to say that they had managed to fit me in and the tyre was changed. Can’t thank Pat and the team enough. Bravo.

   Brilliant service from Nathan and the team. Came in with my 5 year old daughter. Car was in for MOT. Was greeted by Nathan and advised about a 1 hour wait. Waiting area was clean and quiet. Staff spoke politely to each other and customers. Car was ready in just under an hour and paperwork promptly provided. Would definitely use this branch again.

   I had a terrible experience with Kwik Fit Oldbury. I booked for an MOT and service for the 16th March, and called the day before to confirm the drop-off time. I was told I could drop off my car any time after 8:30 am, so I planned my day around that. However, when I arrived at 8:48 am, I was told that my slot had been given away because I was too late, even though I arrived within the time frame I was given. The staff member who served me was incredibly unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the issue, even other customers could not believe what I was being told. He told me that I shouldn't have been given the wrong information by (him I think) the day before, but there was nothing he could do to help me. To make matters worse, they couldn't even offer me the slot of the car that was already in the MOT bay, who had already taken mine, which would have meant a free slot in the day. If you have 10 jobs, one is late, you push the 9 forward, where has the 10th slot gone? I ended up wasting my time and working hours. I would not recommend Kwik Fit Oldbury to anyone based on my experience. And will be voicing the lack of care offered by the branch. For KwikFit my booking ref is KF72-7621817

   Went to the Kwik fit in West brom and the customer service was dire. All I needed was a spare tyre that the fella had so then I went to Oldbury. Completely different experience... Alan and Omar were friendly, approachable, prompt in dealing with problem, understanding and ready to listen and eager to help. They even let me borrow a phone charger whilst I waited. Highly recommended

   Visited on the 14th December to have my winter wheels fitted. Great service went out of their way to get me in at short notice. Kwik Fit were cheaper than the local cowboys who would have used a impact gun to tighten up the wheel bolts. Will recommend the Oldbury branch as first class service.
