I went into the Epping branch on Saturday afternoon, the store was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful. I will definitely be back when I need to buy a gift again.
It’s always a very pleasant experience visiting this store. The staff are very lovely and I don’t feel uncomfortable looking around. The store is a bigger size than some of the other ones I’ve been too and I always seem to find very nice items from here.
Really helpful and knowledgeable. Had travelled a way to pick up something which I had telephoned before, to reserve. Very friendly and accommodating , even wrapped my gifts in tissue paper for me. Love the fact they are open on Sundays too. Lovely range of quality clothes, accessories and essentials for the youngsters in your life. Recommend.

Rude about Corona virus, my 3 year old one desinfected hands infornt of them 2 times, and after touching 1 item one of the shop keepers told us off in a rude way. I know we are in this madness and we all should be careful, but if you feel that you are ready to open and go to work and on top of it you are a baby clothes shop, expect kids will walk in with mums that don't have who to look after the kid while getting things ( this was a birthday present _ for next day so organising online shopping was not an option)
I just popped into the shop to have a little look as I'm 22 weeks and still very much getting my head around what I might need, sizes etc and the lady came over to tell me about their services such as their chair out the back. If when the baby is here you need to feed etc to please do go in and use it. We then had the loveliest chat, she filled me with confidence and positivity. She was friendly, honest and super helpful. Honestly, when you're still at that stage where you could potentially get overwhelmed and feel like you don't know what you're doing it meant so much! It was a lovely little experience. I can't wait to go back in because there are so many cute outfits!!
A lovely store, the staff are always so welcoming & helpful.
Good quality clothes, and toys for children. I was served by a lovely member of staff. She was very helpful. This is not the first time I've been there. A bit pricey which I don't mind, as it's well worth it because it shows in the quality of their products.
