   My car recently suffered a serious damage while being abroad. They kindly accepted to receive it and assess it, without having its previous records, and they were very helpful while I was in a difficult position away from home. They performed their diagnostics in a timely manner and they approached me with honesty when the damage was proven to be worse than expected. I was left very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff, in all our interactions.

   Have used this garage for years with my company cars but more recently we've needed to take family cars there too, and the major attraction for me is the honesty and integrity with which they deal with you. There's never any unnecessary work carried out and in some cases they've advised against work that others had suggested was necessary. Great example of a well run, local business that cares about its customers as much as it does its profits.

   Booked car in for new brakes on Monday. Dropped car off 8am Thursday with loan car waiting. Job done before lunch including wash and inside clean. Great service. Really polite and attentive staff. Thanks to James and all the staff. Truly 5 star.

   Good service when I needed my AC repaired. Repaired speedily and even washed my car which was lovely. Only slightly negative is communication - they explained they would need to work out how much the job would cost and would call me back in 15 minutes. 3 hours later I hadn’t had a call, so chased, and then they got back to me 2 hours later. Also had to wait 45 mins longer than they said while my car was being finished off. With that being said, all the staff were really nice and the repairs were done to a high standard - so 5* from me!
