Do not take your car here they’ve crashed my car got taken in for breaks fitting and now my car is written off
I had an amazing experience here! Charlie was incredibly kind and welcoming, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. He worked quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout the process. He changed 2 tyres and advised me on the wheel alignment which I also had adjusted as it was out of tolerance, he also reassured me and made sure I was completely happy before I left, also recommended to get the tyre care which I rejected due to me getting rid of the car soon but did that I have 10 working days to get it if I do change my mind. Great service from him—highly recommend!
Had the pleasure of going here to get an urgent tyre change. The lads working here were absolutely solid! Got the work done in good time, were friendly and approachable, even took care of my phone when I'd accidentally left it behind when leaving. Definitely the best kwikfit in the midlandsA Best of all, they actually answer the business phone when enquiring! ❤️
Only 2 members of staff on arrival, then 1 left only leaving 1 young lad to run garage, surely this is not safe practice. Problems with unable to find my key after work completed, was told in car but searched everywhere, only to find it 10 mins later left on windscreen wiper by employee that had left.
Great service, the tyre guy was really friendly. Informed at every step & even apologised for my wait (not their fault they need the lease company to authorise the tyre)
Went to Mohammed Ali to get my tyres sorted, got me some quality tyres after he did some research on them. Had to also get the tracking done but the car drives amazing now! Would highly recommend this branch.
It's rare to find a garage with workers that have such honesty and integrity , Mohammed and his team have made me feel very welcome and have gone above and beyond to help me this month great prices, excellent service and above all honest, they also have a great sense of humor which makes parting with that cash a little easier.... I will continue to use this garage from. now....
I came in for a free tyre check and they fitted me in and sorted out my tyre pressures even though they were busy, did it quickly. Hard working honest people, will be coming back for servicing and tyres.
Fast ID of an offending bolt in the tyre tread of my old Jag, by these chaps today. Luckily, on this occasion, an inexpensive and speedy fix. Excellent service from these friendly guys. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing service every time I have been here! I have been a long running customer and Mohammed and Lee have yet again surpassed my expectations. Not only was the service very time efficient, they were polite and clean. I felt comfortable and safe driving away with my sorted tyre. Both men were approachable and made me feel at ease. Which in the past at other garages as a woman I have not. I really don’t mind pulling up at this garage and just explaining the issues I am having with my car. They solve the issue quickly, affordable and in a welcoming fashion. Definitely a garage for all! Thanks to both for the help and genuine kindness always given.
