   Quoted £1200 for work that cost £430 else where, disgraceful mark up. Took back for MOT and asked to check if needed tracking , they had car all day, picked up after work and they hadn't even checked had to wait for tracking to be done. Used this garage for 3 cars for past 10 years, something has definately changed, rip off and not reliable. Wont be using or recommending again.

   Chemical Autocentre is great place for cars with car related issues, my issue was for a MOT, what a seamless process it is, the staff are so friendly and helpful and most importantly trustworthy, a quality in short supply at garages these days, my car was checked over, items which needed my attention was explained to me and lastly the prices quoted for works was reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use again when car issues need resolving.

   Turned up this morning web site said they were open 7.30am they were closed don't open till 8.30am however a guy was opening up came and asked problem he went and got his tools pulled nail from tyre checked no loss of pressure no charge, many thanks to your operative 5 stars ,

   Very friendly and honest staff. Went in for brake pads but told me I needed discs aswell. They took me and showed me what needed doing. Being a woman many places fob you off but not chemix they were brilliant.

   Their mechanics will do more damage to your car if you take it into them. Took my car in for basic work and the kids had working on my car, caused more damage. Totally incompetent, will never use again

   Again the lads came through for me. I had a low pressure signal on my dashboard. Called in and the young man on reception had a look. I had a nail in my tyre. He fixed it while I waited. Didn't get his name though. I will next time. I recommend Chemix to anyone who asks me where I go for my car repairs.

   Always get my tyres fitted here. New tyres, winter tyres changed over, punctures, alignment. They do a great job. Can't fault them. Been going there for over 8 years. Tried other places. But keep coming back for the service they provide. First class in my opinion.
