the worst of the worst GP in oldham!!! Stay away!! Thereβs a particular receptionist there that is extremely rude. My mums medication for her diabetes was not sent for almost 3 weeks only for HER to chase it up and they told her she needs to book in for a review for the medication. Why did the doctor not contact her to tell her this all these weeks, why is it when she chases it up (which she should have to) theyβre telling her this? She should not be the one chasing her regular medication up that helps regulates her blood sugar? Diabetes is not a joke!

Absolutely worst doctors Iβve ever been too if I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been neglected about every single thing I ask for help with. Get told my knee is fine when I can barely walk on it get pushed aside when I say I need new inhalers and that Iβm struggling with my asthma and then when I say Iβve got adhd I ask for help they try and force me to believe Iβm depressed and need to take anti depression tablets? This is by far the worst doctors I have ever come across even the walking centre staff and the hospital told me they would never recommend Oldham medical services to a single soul.

Sometimes it's a pain trying to get an appointment but the staff will try help anyway they can. Lovely Dr who really cares and listens to you

Could anything be done about GPs phone appointments I had a text at 9am to say I would get a GP telephone appointment and I waited in all day when I had three places to go to and you cant always answer your mobile. straight away and then you have missed your call , it is now going up to 5pm and it is to late for what I had to do This has happened a few times Is it not possible to get a time or a am or pm appointment

Thank you to the staff especially reception who have been so helpful. I am a carer and the staff really helped me with setting up appointments, manage his prescriptions and make referrals. The Focused Care Practitioner was a great help with arranging a home visit when he was too poorly to get to the surgery.

The service of doctors is so badd that I can't tell you how much hassle I have to go through to get a doctor. The receptionist are clueless about everything. The doctor has a time limit on how long they can see a patient which is 10mins which is shoking and disgusting. I'm disgusted at this private medical service. To be honest wouldn't be shocked if this is used as money launder techniques with the effort they put in their service

Absolutely ridiculous service!!! Reception staff thaira has a very bad attitude! Told me I didnβt need an appointment and could buy something from the chemist! When asked for the manager was told she would give me a call, 5 days later stil no contact ! This Surgey needs closing down!

Abysmal service. If I could give -5 stars I would be feeling generous. No one answers the phone. 1 hour and 38mins on hold just to make a telephone appointment. Then the doctor did not ring and keep that appointment. Cannot get through to ask why because all the lines are 'busy' . Doing what? It's not answering the phone. I've tried to speak to the practice manager but guess what? I can't get anyone to answer the phone. In the interests of balance and fairness I need to reassess and update my review. Due to miscommunication, an incident occurred last week and I had reason to write a to the practice manager. Not only was her response immediate but the problem was resolved within the hour. I have to give credit where it's due and not only did I receive a call and an apology from the practice manager, I also received a call from Becky, one of the receptionists. To be fair, although many of the complaints/reviews have been about the attitude of the reception staff, I have always found them empathic and helpful. My original review was based on the telephone system and the inability to get through on the phone. It has improved considerably and I'm assured that they are constantly looking for ways to make the system better. We are always quick to complain but not always as quick with our praise. I hope that people read this second part of my review and feel more reassured when dealing with the surgery.

I am a new patient in this practice and my experience have been excellent, due to being a new patient I needed to ring the practice and visited the practice few times. I felt very comfortable and all the staff was very helpful and friendly . Doctors are also nice , I must say at times the lines could be busy but I tried not to ring at peak times and always get through. Message for the whole team, Keep up the good work
