   The ones with 5 stars are getting appointments well done .. In this new triage system where the best story gets an appointment .. the metal health nurse that is there once a week .. prescribes new medication (trazadone) and not check on you for 5 months .. I tried but my story wasn't good enough to get an appointment to see the GP to then ask.. mental health nurse? of course I never got said appointment because once again my story wasn't electrifying enough to warrant an appointment ..

   Dr Moghal is the heart and soul of this Surgery. When I have had the need to see her, as always she welcomes me with a warm smile, even when at times they can behind with appointments. Dr Moghal always apologies and asks how I am. She has excellent courteous communication skills but an even better listener. Delivers patient care with a sincere approach.

   I have been with this practice since birth and I was very anxious when the practice changed to the triage system . I can honestly say I had no need to be as the new system works more efficiently than ever. The same goes for my husband too. We always get a speedy response , no hanging in the phone lines for ages to be then told there are no appointments . It’s so much less stress full and that’s got to be a winner for everyone’s health . Hope doctors and reception staff feel this too I can’t thank them enough .

   I’ve been a patient at this practice since birth, with few complaints. However, the service provided by the Diabetic Nurses has proven to be absolutely fantastic. Very professional but warm, supportive and non judgemental. Couldn’t be happier!

   Recently needed to use the GP service and have to say that as ever the staff and medical practitioners were excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. I saw Claire, the practice nurse this morning and she is just lovely. Some people are what I would call ‘mood hoovers’ they drag you down and make you feel miserable. Claire is the complete opposite - she is a ‘mood booster’ with such a cheerful attitude that you can’t help but feel good when you’ve seen her. I know the practice has received some negative reviews due to difficulty accessing the service and I have felt this too in the past but I have to say that since introducing the new triage system the situation seems massively improved and hopefully this will continue.

   Been at this practice all my life, and since covid I have really really struggled to not only get an appointment and infact have not had an appointment with one of their GPs for 2 years, have had to use the 7 day service (where i was prescribed the wrong meds that made me really sick). I just tried to call, was told i was in que position 7 then was cut off and now cannot get back through. That's a new one, normally i need to ring 80 times just to be told there are no appointments. Not fit for purpose, or has too many patients. Or both.

   Very poor customer services, the old lady at the reception is very rude and doesn’t bother to help at all. Call 125 time still didn’t go through. Shame

   Absolutely horrendous. Call them first thing in the morning for the past month and they never have any appointments available or never willing to book me for an appointment in advance even for 3 weeks later. Since ive joined i never was able to even get 1 appointment booked for myself or the kids.
