    Oh boy, what a slide... I used this garage for years but never again. Here is my story: Went in for a service and MOT. When inspected turned out brake pads need replacing and drop link is broken and also needs replacing. Fine, I thought, just do it. Collected the car next day. After 2 miles of driving my brakes started to squeak as hell when breaking, especially when hot. I thought it must be because they are new. Gave it another 5 miles but I just couldn't stand the noise! I even started to brake with my handbrake just to avoid this grinding, ear twisting noise. Couldn't bear it anymore and decided to replace them for genuine ones myself. When removing a wheel to my surprise I saw what a miserable job they did. They installed some no-name brake pads, didn't even bother to remove old brake dust or put some grease. I did a better job myself and I am not a professional. It made me really angry, but thats not all. Upon removing second wheel, I noted that drop link is broken, again. They have replaced it but again, used a cheap, Chinese part which didn't even last 10 miles! I returned to the garage, they replaced drop link with genuine part but refused refund on brakes. So I am few quids out of pocket but I hope that they at least like my review. Needles to say I will never return there. The other guy was much better, crew running this garage now are terrible, avoid them like a plague. I will be surprised if they would last another year.

    DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE, I had my car booked in to have the body work done at a reasonable price, big BIG mistake. I took the car in on a Monday as arranged and was told it would take no more than a week. Tom cut a very long story short I had to battle just to get my car back with only three hours work being done and this was nearly two weeks later and the car coming out looking worse than what it went. Do not trust the staff Mike or T as he is called, and if you look at the reviews posted before, one gives a 5 star rating with the mans name and another tell of how he was looked after by the owner mentioning he name which is the same as the 5 star rating. Please do not even think about using this garage, as it will be a very bad move

    My car went into Jennings Dudley on 3rd August. It wasn't until they returned my car they told theyd only had 3 sensors and would need my car again to fix the 4th sensor. Due to commitments, I told the man my car wouldnt be available until Friday 11th August, he said that was fine and that someone would collect it by 10am. When no one arrived I phoned and was told they'd have to call me back. When they did call back I was told they only had one member of staff in and could it be done later in the week, I said no due to work. I asked if they did Saturdays and he said yes so we agreed for 19th August. I phoned the morning of the 19th to check and they said they'd ring back. I rang again but they said the right person wasn't there. I rang again and they said they'd ring me straight back. They never called back and a week later I still haven't heard from them! They were booked through Servicing Stop, and I have made a formal complaint.

    Miss-guide's people, they doesn't know or they have any clue what they are doing??? I repaired my car, instead of fixing the issues, they created more problems in the car then before. Took the car back to highlight the problem, they came up with changing other components then fixing the existing problem. Worst service I ever experienced.
