   I needed physiotherapy due to gbs autoimmune disease Jan 2024, nerve damage, muscle loss, etc (due NHS neglect). Physio was appointed by rehabilitation. Months of waiting they started coming around. On my 3rd visit I was complaining about extreme pain around my body especially legs. Mr Physio guys replied "it's all in my HEAD"!!!. The occupation therapy 2 female where polite but they started missing my scheduled appointments. Due to my extreme condition I dismissed their service, bcus it was affecting me mentally, and I was unable to launch a complaint. Spoken to my GP after receiving a discharge letter from Physio, Dr. replied they have no experience with gbs patients. Hmm would it not be a good idea to research before starting treatment? I had my wife witnessing everything. This is just another massive failure on NHS health care service. Hence 1 Star.
