Service is ok but surely this building could be better used it’s a bit of a white elephant really.It should be a walk in centre it’s more than big enough
Nice big plush yawningly empty building, staff good on the occasions I have had appointments here. Rather a shame more isn't done with the place eg running clinics to save trekking to TGH or MRI. As it is it looks like it makes a fab spacious deserted backdrop for TikTok dance routines. "The envy of the world" etc
Telephone receptionist was polite and helpfully provided clear guidance on GP or self referral routes to physiotherapy services at the centre
Called to ask about their services, being new to the area, and the receptionist Emma was about the friendliest, most helpful person I can remember speaking to! Genuinely impressive customer service.
Amazing audiology team I can't remember the gentlemans name but he was so nice and I felt like they actually cear after waiting nearly a year to get some help with my hearing I finally have a snazy hearing aid and can hear properly for the first time in years. Thank you for all your help.
I phoned the Centre to enquire about a referral from my doctor. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Sarah, could not provide me any further information. Receptionist who answered the phone had appalling customer service skills. Comes across rude and miserable. Not the kind of person who you want to greet you on the other end of a call
