Absolutely fantastic service from this Kwik Fit location! I took my car in for a free brake check last Saturday as I kept hearing a grinding noise when turning right. One of the kwik fit staff (apologies did not get his name) really went out of his way and took his time to identify the issue with the brakes. He took it on a road test, did in-depth checks for all the brakes and was very dedicated to finding the issue. After spending 1.5 hours with my car, he discovered the issue - the people that installed my front brakes did a very poor job as there were multiple leaves packed in between the brake pad and backing plate, which was causing the noise! After spending all this time with the car he did not even charge us a penny, what an incredible service. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit - Brierley Hill to anyone having issues with their car. The team was very friendly too.

A very big thank you to the two gentleman that were working on 1st March at 1pm. My 2011 Fiesta has a coolant leak and I was completely out of coolant. Thankfully it's a leak we can fix at home (radiator hose) but the coolant was almost bone dry and the two chaps filed up the coolant for me complimentary and it meant so much to me. It was my birthday and I didn't even have to tell them... Actually I forgot it was my birthday! Haha. It was massively appreciated as I wasn't going to make it to the shop I had pre-ordered coolant from given the distance as the car was overheating from a short 10 minute drive and I wasn't willing to take that risk. I appreciate your kindness on this day! Thank you so much x
A huge THANK YOU to Kurtis today for managing to fit me in this morning after a slight panic. I urgently needed new brake pads (and discs as it turned out) on the day I was due to drive back home to south Devon. He was extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend. We took 2 tyres into there today for puncture repairs and they were really helpful with our issue, they were quick to get them done and were really great with communication! Will definitely be going there again for anything we need! Highly recommend!
