Attended here for a coil removal with missing strings and was extremely anxious ! I was seen by hysteroscopy nurse Tina who was absolutely amazing friendly and caring , she had the coil out in minutes with no pain , cannot thank her enough
I cannot praise Dr Mousume Sudhukhan, Elaine, Hannah & Nikita highly enough for all their care, consideration and professionalism in looking after me before, during and after my procedure. They answered my questions, gave me advice, put me at ease & so much more making my experience calmer than I ever thought possible. To the best care team in the business, I am writing to you to make you aware of the absolute credit the staff on this ward are to the NHS! After my partner being admitted for 24hours the care was fantastic around the clock. From pre and post op assessments and medications to care and compassion given, we can not fault anybody what so ever. In particular the support worker Nicky(or Vicky) and the nurse Louise(or Leanne) these ladies were exceptional in caring for my partner during a very sensitive procedure. I would just like to send my gratitude and thanks to them and the rest of the team as I know from experience in the field myself it's no single person, but the multiple professionals that contribute to the care provided. The other departments are not over looked either the doctor and anaesthetist were also amazing I just couldn't possibly remember all the names (evidently!) Ps apologies for the possible name mix up it has been a very long 24hrs however I absolutely needed to send my thanks and praise to this department. Today I attended the Jasmine suite and even before my procedure I was taken into a side room with Dr Tomlinson and a trainee doctor. I can honestly say even before the procedure my mind and fear was eased .The nurses with me were absolutely amazing and turned a dreaded experience into an absolute doddle .These drs and nurses are amazing and the NHS this past week have been absolutely amazing .We are so lucky with our NHS and I am so thankful
Dr Sadhukhan cares about woman and is outstanding in her work.
I have had 3 previous knee surgeries with Dr Turner and each time he has succeeded in making me walk with no pain. I highly recommend this professor.
