I am currently sat in the ear Doctor surgery in Hyde Cheshire. My appointment was at 11.20am. The receptionist who is fairly new would not let me see the doctor until I had paid the Β£150 consultation fee. I explained that I was told last time I saw Dr Elizabeth that the next time she saw me it was included within my first consultation. The receptionist told me that I should telephone the doctor Elizabeth on her personal mobile number to have a conversation with her. I suggested that that was bonkers considering that the doctor was literally in the room behind the reception. The receptionist then said that the doctor wasn't even in the building which I found bizarre considering that she was there if I had paid the Β£150. The payment was not an issue it was & is the principal of the matter that I was specifically promised by Dr Elizabeth that my next visit to her was included. All I wanted to do was speak to her & then we could resolve this once & for all, pay anything that I had to pay & be seen today for my pre booked appointment. I am still sat here now in the hope that Elizabeth will talk to me. I am not impressed with the lady on reception who has blatantly told lies saying that Dr Elizabeth is not in. My response to your response to my review is as follows: Having been a long standing patient/customer of yours for several years, I am fully aware & supportive of your policy & procedures so that didn't need to be explained to me, but clearly you have explained it for the benefit of anyone reading my review as I do have hundreds of followers. However, what your response does not address is the fact that your receptionist told me to pay her Β£150 then stated that she would refund it immediately if she was in the wrong. Your receptionist also stated that I had to pay the Β£150 to see you, then 10 minutes afterwards informed me that you weren't present in the building, that you hadn't even been in (today) because you were called away. So, my question is, why charge a person Β£150 for an appointment with yourself Dr Elizabeth when you wasn't even in? Also why did your receptionist tell me that I should ring you at the time of my appointment on your own personal mobile & discuss with you, when firstly why would I have your personal number & second of all why did she not just ask you to come to the reception desk. Let's be clear here, you own the company she does not. My review will be seen by hundreds of people so it's imperative that you resolve this issue once and for all. I had other appointments around my one with you, I had other places to go & when I arrived at them after my shambolic visit to your clinic, they asked me how I'd gone on so I told them & they weren't happy. If you are in charge & the owner you should have come to the reception & made things right. The payment wasn't an issue it was the principle. You specifically told me last time I saw you that you'd see me in December & it would be included. I know this to be true because I recall thinking that seemed to good to be true. To conclude, I need to see you Dr Elizabeth because you know I suffer from a blocked eustacion tube & also BPPV & there is only you that can help. The NHS is completely useless in both those area's. I would like you to contact me directly on Monday please & we can arrange an appointment. I'm sorry but I cannot & will not deal with the young woman on reception because she has no integrity & she told lies about your whereabouts. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Helen

I had an excellent experience with the microsuction doctor. She restored my hearing and did a brilliant job, even prescribing antibiotics for my inflamed eardrum. For the first time ever, I was able to see my eardrum after years of being told by other professionals that my ear canal was too narrow to clear the wax. The care, skill, and attention I received was fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic!

I donβt usually leave reviews, but I honestly canβt thank Dr Elizabeth enough. After 18 months of sinus and ear problems and getting nowhere with my GP/ENT, I finally saw her privately and Iβm so glad I did! She spotted the issue straight away, prescribed treatment, and I felt instant relief. Iβm feeling so much better than I have in a long time and so grateful to have seen a doctor who really listened.

Extremely professional clinic. I am a nervous patient in a clinical setting but the doctor is very helpful & caring explaining the procedure well and understanding my situation. Good attention to detail. Was struggling with hearing before and can now hear perfectly well. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Elizabeth and her staff are excellent, they take care of you like family. I went in with a blocked ear and within 10 minutes both ears were cleaned and like brand new. Cannot thank Elizabeth and the team enough for their help and care. Definitely recommend this place and you can get an appointment on the same day. Thanks again!

Very professional, competent and friendly staff, made me feel very relaxed. I was compacted in both ears and had an infection in my left ear. The procedure was very efficient and I was given antibiotics after the procedure. The results were immediate and I was amazed at how loud the traffic and general street noise was after I left the surgery. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Lovely staff and great service Visited here today to have my hard wax removed The staff were so friendly and welcoming The lady that did my ears was lovely and the process was quick and had completely transformed my hearing. I was almost deaf in one ear but can hear perfectly now. Highly recommended

I rang just after lunchtime and was offered an appointment a few hours later. Everything was explained when I was in the chair, similar to a dentist's, and I could see the inside of my ear on a large screen in front of me. I saw all the wax being removed, one had more than the other. The one with least was a bit tender because it was actually on the ear drum. However once removed I could hear much clearer due to the eardrum being able to vibrate and transmit sound.
