I went to see Nick at the recommendation of a colleague and I am so happy I did. Went through a few NHS therapists over the course of 2 years and they kept telling me to do different stretches which didn't help at all with my chronic neck pain. Nick took a hands on approach and I felt so much better after the massage and back cracking he did. Looking forward to my next session and I am happy to finally have a diagnosis that I can work towards curing. Receptionist was really lovely and friendly too!
Absolutely amazing experience here with James, I had hurt my back and could hardly walk, sit or stand. I was frightened to go if I’m honest as the pain was a severe nerve pain. I saw James, he listened, questioned and took notes giving me confidence in his professionalism. He then got me to lie on the bed and was able to manoeuvre me without the nerve pain at all, I gained so much confidence with his ability to do this without hitting the nerve!! He then applied heat to the lower part of my back and massaged some of the stiffness away. This along with stretching exercises helped me to fully recover, I can’t thank him enough!!
If I could give more stars I would have. Would highly recommend this clinic. Nick and James very professional in every sense. James your understanding, kindness and invaluable advice has helped me immeasurably in my recuperation from knee surgery and I can not thank you enough. Thank you to Rachel on reception too.
Went to appointment with Liz, I have syatica Explained all symptoms, but didn’t really tell me anything I didn’t already know. Liz gave me 3 exercises some of which I have already tried, I would have expected some kind of massage but no that was it, felt like I waisted my time and money

I went here reluctantly after my husband made me an appointment. I have had back problems for years and had just accepted that my back always hurts. Nick makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed, he automatically finds the areas that need attention and does magic! It sounds like somebody is eating monster munch when he cracks my back but he has never once hurt me, I have had massages in the past and I've seen physiotherapists but none that are as good. I actually brag that I'm not in pain! My movement and posture have improved so much. I hope to be doing cartwheels after a few more sessions! His beautiful wife Jane on reception is a lovely welcoming face and I was immediately at ease. Very, very clean too.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick to my my clients. He has helped me enormously with a shoulder problem. As both a qualified physio and Pilates teacher I find him to be a very knowledgable and effective clinician.
