Worst docters ive seen they dont know how to answer a phone or treat people its better off being closed 24/7 because ringing for a appooment is pointless theres no appooments all the time thats if they even answer and theyβre just rude either get new staff and docters or shut it down

These people either cancel your appointment after waiting weeks for one (then expect you to wait weeks for another one) or you'll turn up for your appointment and the receptionist tells you, "oh, there's nothing on the computer about you having an appointment" this has happened a few times now and I'm starting to recognise a pattern.

No help at all my dad who's 74yrs off age always paid into the system all his life can not get appointment everytime he trys when he rings up at 8 o'clock like they say always got to wait 2-3 weeks then he doesn't know who he's seeing there's no care in this world for the elderly anymore

Absolutely appalling service. The receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive, making inappropriate assumptions about my availability, saying "surely your boss will let you take time out of work to fill a form in for your daughter!" β completely unprofessional and out of line. I run two dental practices and manage 25 staff, so my time is extremely limited, and these forms are far from simple. This is not the first time we've had issues β this has been an ongoing problem, and the lack of support is staggering. My daughter is only six years old and deserves far better. The staff have no compassion or understanding of real-world commitments, and the customer service is horrendous. No one offers meaningful help, just barriers and attitude. An absolute disgrace of a service β something seriously needs to change

Can anyone at your service tell me why I keep waiting for an appointment for more than 2/3 months? It is very unpleasant and unethical. The link given to me 3 times only worked once. I filled out what was requested on the link and they called me one day asking if I could come to the appointment within 90 minutes. Obviously I wasn't. I have to work. And ringing to the Medical practice number no one answers either. Do you think it's normal?? And I still in pain. Do I pay taxes for this?

This place has well and truly gone to the dogs over the last few years, the receptionists and medical staff are just so rude and can't do the job, and the practice manager needs sacking ASAP !!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Incompetent people, misdiagnosis, jumping to conclusions without even listening to symptoms and refusal to investigate to provide an actual diagnosis. They like to give out painkillers instead of finding the root cause of the issue, diagnose people based on a 2 minutes conversation over the phone. I'll put a complaint on and find another GP practice, I am sick of it, it's got even worse after COVID.
