   Excellent Garage, very thorough in their work. I really appreciate their attention to detail. The work on my car was detailed and to high standards. Also I noticed while waiting in for my car the consideration they showed their customers. For example I had to wait for a few short minutes because the Staff member behind the desk had to ring another customer to tell them that they had left their keys behind, I thought that showed great customer service. Also they left me with an bottle of screen wash in My Car remaining from the Car service that didn't get used up, and that is quite useful. It wasn't any one thing, but everything they did was helpful.

   As a female I will never use this garage again, I’ve used them for years but they seem to think that they can speak to you without respect. My car spring decided to break on selby road on the way up the hill. I was advised by someone who saw my car heavily smoking that I’d need to be really careful getting the car up the hill as the tyre if it blows could take half the engine off my car with it. So when I arrived first thing in the morning I was greeted with a smoking mechanic who didn’t like where I had put the car. I asked nicely if he minded for two minutes as I spoke to the guys inside as I was really worried about driving the car. Instead the guy took my cars and insisted he would move it without any understanding of why I was there. A person then phoned me to say they had fixed my car to which I said I finish work at 5 am I ok coming up straight after (I’m 10 minutes on foot) not a problem the guy says. I get a phone call from them at 5 asking where am I, I say 10 minutes to which I hear in the background I guess we are waiting for her then (with frustrated tone). I go into the garage and I’m barely greeted with 5 words. Clearly being a paying customer is an inconvenience for this garage. Which I arrived before their closing time. Then I get into my car, my locking nut is left on the passenger seat rather than back where they found it. Really sad about how they have been and such a shame as up to now they have been lovely but clearly different personnel there.

   Absolutely fantastic service. I needed a broken coil spring repairing as a matter of urgency as I was due to make an essential 500 mile round trip on Friday ( this was 12.30pm on Wednesday. ) They completed the repair 4 hours later. Would highly recommend.

   A couple of weeks ago I took my astra for a service here when I picked my car up I kept hearing a noise couldn't work out what it was I thought it was my brakes as they given me an advisory on them so on my way bk from work the noise was so bad I pulled over looking under the car to see the cars under carriage was hanging off scrapping on the ground when I have been driving so I rang Troy's they told me to take it bk up so when I get there I went in told the man at the reception what was going on he tried saying that it could of happened going over a speed bump or curp which the car was fine before it went there no noise or anything they took my car in the garage so I asked one of the lads why is it hanging off he said that whoever did the service didn't put the bolts in properly and the other 2 lads was stood there laughing but the fact is I was planning on taking granddaughter to the coast that weekend if that under carriage had of blown off on the motorway it could have caused a possible fatal accident they didn't even apologise just thought it was funny. Then I took my car to another garage due to car shaking it turns out to be my glow plugs 3 of them are knackered I told the garage that Troy's only just replaced 2 of them about 5 months prior and was told that they was ment to replace all 4 glow plugs Troy's never told me this and was told that they put the really cheap ones on it cost me nearly £600 for 2 glow plugs and a fuel filter change so now 3 glow plugs are knackered so now I have to replace all 4 and also why do they always unplug my dash cam every time I take my car there even when it goes in for a service but me and my son's won't be using this garage anymore

   Told me an oil change was £85 twice on the phone, took my car there and picked it up and they charged me £90, i know it's only a fiver but stuff like this pi$$es me off, so won't be going back, they couldn't give an explanation apart from "computer say's so".

   Me and my girlfriend have used their services a couple of times and both times another issue has magically appeared, she was told it would cost hundreds to fix her speedometer and then the electrics started playing up, she later took it to another garage and they fixed the speedometer for free and said to her someone has been tampering with her wires and has unplugged them and even broken an injector, i got a tyre changed, they told me i needed an additional tyre changing and then a week later another tyre went flat when i had never had issues with it before, avoid at all costs

   I only bought my car in June from Evans Halshaw, yet Troy charged me £540+ for the MOT! Be wary I think I was ripped off, Troy advertise " cheap" MOTs, then take them to a backstreet garage on Dolly Lane for the MOT, don't even do them themselves !

   Paul and his team at Halton Site, have just completed the fitting of 2 new Bridgestone Tyres to my Seat, Cheapest online quote in Leeds! Asked that they take care of the Diamond Cut Alloys, as had nightmare before at other well known outlets. Guys did a Superb Job VERY HAPPY

   Great service , super friendly staff... I called in this morning after the school run ( before 8am) on the off chance of them been able to pop two new tyres on a set of loose wheels..I wasn't booked in . They were amazing...opened the office for me as I was there before they actually opened ..booked the job in, gave me a price and said they would be ready to collect same day . Brilliant service... Thank you x Highly recommended, I will be back again.
