   Wouldn’t want to visit the practice, I’d stay away. None of my records are even on my NHS app, no communication between the MSK and Drs even though I have given paper copies to surgery to scan and put on record. Mind you this was 3 years ago. Don’t get me started on the unprofessionalism of the staff who also lack in simple training when giving out advice, maybe you need to brush up your training skills and get in staff who have sufficient training and know what advice to give out. Will be changing drs and I advice if you value yourself and your health change yours too. Any other practice have more drs sitting in and having appts on day but somehow here you’d be lucky you even get an appt on the day. The list goes on with this practice. Disgraceful.

   This is the worst surgery ever to exist I had an appointment which they delayed for a week and they didn’t do it face-to-face. They only called me and they also sent me a cream which wasn’t even for what I wanted and I started getting allergic reaction and then when I booked again they told me they told me wait for another two weeks I don’t understand what is wrong with this family surgery they are just so lazy and they just don’t do the job right So I want to complain and everyone needs to sack all the staff members because what are they doing? .

   The customer service here is terrible the receptionist always feel so entitled . Rachel is so rude and has been ever since we registered and tried to give us a syringe for a urine sample instead of a container and the syringe . we had to tell her , which we shouldnt have as it is pure common sense, that it wasnt possible for him to urinate in the syringe ?? she told us to call multiple times for an appointment and then it was with a nurse not a doctor which i do understand but she was just unbearable and tried to intimidate us. im really wondering where they are hiring these God awful rude people from . its getting ridiculous

   Had my fair share of condescending receptionists in my time but this practice leads by far. After requesting help on a 111 referral immediately told they were a 'GP practice' (no really?!) not a walk in centre in the rudest tone imaginable and downright refused to help

   Very bad experience, unprofessional staff, when someone die in front of them they just don't care. I have too much bleeding from my belly button they said its OK it will stop how can it stopped without any medication or without seeing it. They said we send you for x Ray and scanning now it's almost 15 days but there is no response. Even they are liers they said we will call you but they never.

   Unprofessional, poorly co-ordinated and they do not value their patients. Awful GP practice, receptionists are rude and health workers do not bother to meet individual needs. Nothing about this service is person-centred and they definetely do not care about your health needs/risks. They have failed to arrange appointments for reviews, such as medication reviews. In basic terms, they neglect their duty of care and do not work in partnership with other services to ensure your health and wellbeing is maintained.

   Worst care centre i have ever been to. You ring at 8am an can't even get through to anyone before they say all appointments have been taken by 8.05am try again tomorrow.. I have been trying to get an appointment for about 3 weeks now for my kids.. Better off going to walk in centre.. Absolute disgrace..

   Absolutely disgusting practice. They don't make in person appointments anymore and if you need one they tell you to go A&E. what is the doctor for then? For giving health advice on the phone ? I might as well call the public healthline at this point ! Receptionists are useless as well. Sometimes they hang up on your call after 10 minute waiting.

   Absolutely disgusting staff! When my mother is trying to get medication for her child with ASD, the receptionist finds it highly hilarious to put my mum on hold for endless minutes. And when my mum asked to speak with her child’s doctor she lied and said she doesn’t work there then said it wasn’t even the right doctors surgery! Then this receptionist proceeded to give my mum social services number and told her that this number was the right number for the surgery my mum needed !! Not even 1 star service !!!!
