   I have had several colonic cleanses with Abigail in the past, more recently 2, one prior to and one following my holiday. It makes me feel so much better, less bloated and so energised following the treatment. Abigail is friendly, welcoming and very informative.    CHANGED MY LIFE! The NO1 PLACE TO GO FOR COLONIC IRRIGATION !! I should have done this sooner & so should you! First time & will come back every few weeks! Abigail was so understanding and very experienced & helpful with advice for digestive issues. - I was slightly nervous. The procedure was painless, gentle & thorough with a host of benefits. I’ve been really struggling and had to take time off work due to digestive issues - it affected my mental health and enjoying food, and felt very uncomfortable and in pain due to IBS like symptoms. The procedure took 45 minutes but shortly after I had never felt so relaxed and at peace with my body after so so long! It was a wonderful feeling to feel clear & healthy. Also, there was alot of waste/toxins & it felt amazing knowing it was all gone! I will keep going to exercise the bowel as it can often take more than 1 to see results but the first one was absolute amazing!

   I've visited Abigail now for over 12 years and from day one she has always been wonderful. She has a kind and caring approach and has always put me at ease, with the discreet and professional way she does her job. Everything is immaculate, yet still very relaxing and warm. Abigail always greets me with a smile and we talk about anything and everything. I've never felt uncomfortable in anyway and always feel fantastic aswell as uplifted and refreshed after my visited.
