The staff must be aware that immunosuppressed people are 7 times more likely to die of SARS-COV-2 than the general population (look up the Aspire study, published in the Lancet) and they must also be aware that SARS-COV-2 is an airborne virus like the original SARS, yet they are doing nothing to protect these clinically extremely vulnerable patients. No masks on any staff at all. They ask people to sanitise hands but surely we've all established by now that this is an airborne virus. I don't know how they can look themselves in the mirror, knowingly putting highly vulnerable people at risk like that. I will send the manager some studies today so they can't use the excuse that they didn't know
