Today my 11 year old had her first blood test. she was extremely scared and got so worked up with tears running down. Miss Raqia Asif was ever so polite, bubbly, kind and professional with excellent communication received my daughter felt brave and positive to take the blood test without the magic cream. Thankyou so much.

It always a pleasure to go to this practice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Just had my flu jab today, but the lovely nurse always has time to make me feel comfortable. Thank you all.

This is the worst staff I have ever dealt with. All I needed was a simple proof of address, yet I have been waiting over 7 weeks. Iβve already filled in the same form three times, and today they told me to fill out another one and wait another 4 weeks! I am sure they will never give me a proper answer. The real question is: why are they unable to complete a 5-minute job in almost 7 months?

Went to see nurse about blood pressure I asked if she could get a splinter out of my finger behind the nail. Came back no equipment need A +E for a bloody splinter Lindley medical centre absolutely rubbish terrible place no help what so ever. Anyone who wants to join don't they can't be bothered with to help and I was in pain. Thanks for nothing now I'm left in agony what a terrible thing to do all they think about is their pay not patients welfare

Trying daily get the elusive 8am appointment convo. .Very inconvenient when you have to to work for a living already, only to be told none available. Hubby spent a whole week trying so far with an acute knee flare up and strugglin to work still. Has barley bothered a doctor in decades gets on with it but now he needs one as emergency...no chance. Advice so far A&E or 999. Seriously. Like they should not be dealing with life or death...or broken bones etc.... But no end of texts for jabs or routine checks. Forget it if did find something that needed dealing with be no hope. As we have not tried to get an appointment for anything despite being registered years only now have realised how bad this practice has turned out to be.

Poorly run practice Only one GP who is good if you get through. Almost impossible to get appointments. Reception staff, nurses and dr are polite and helpful but what can they do if only on the day appointments are available for everything. No pre bookable no online appointments, just to call on day at 8am to be on hold for over 45minutes and told there are no appointments available for my under 5 year old. Been like this since 2 years now. Been patient with the havoc due to covid but they still havnt bothered to bring things back to a reasonable standard. Especially access to appointments. complaints are not responded to. Why a GP hasnt been replaced (been 5 years) and why appointments other than 8am are still not available. So were left with the stress of out of hours which as we all know are a nightmare to get through aswell. Or the agony of attending A and E. Used to be a good practice with 2 gps and locums as well with weekend appointments, no your lucky to get through on the phone and appointments only given for a clinician. Sadly not a good practice any longer, only one GP left to bare the burden and now doesnt even seem locums are taken on as you can bet any appointment Given isnt going to be a GP Very upset with the lack of care and availability for appointments. Fix this soon or we will be leaving along with many others.

Absolutely disgusted at how bad Lindley have gotten over the last 3 years especially since they reduced priority appointments for babies from 5 apps to 1 a day. When they first opened on a temporary agreement they were brilliant even did weekend appointments. Once they received the patients votes to continue running surgery on a permanent basis they scrapped weekend appointments and just went downhill from there. Since the pandemic happened its almost impossible to get face to face for my young baby too, it takes 3 to 4 days of phoning at 8am to even get a phone appointment. After 3 telephone appointments for my under 1 year old In the last 3 weeks I asked for a face to face app today because my baby is not getting better.GP said I can bring baby in within an hour, I tried to explain I need alittle longer but GP didnβt care to hear it she insisted I attend within the hour or baby wonβt be seen so I agreed. So when I finally did get a face to face appointment there was 0 flexibility offered which is not good when have other children to get to school. I must say the GPβs and reception staff in general are lovely and GPβs used to be really thorough when seen face to face, but that is unfortunately not the case anymore and the telephone appointments with the GPβs are just pointless and rushed. I will be changing GP, I know the pandemic has put an added pressure on NHS but I can honestly say after 3 years of going from bad to worse Lindley have no excuse for their lack of care & appointments for patients especially the vulnerable elderley patients and young children. I do believe Lindley can return to a really good practice like they once were if patient feedback is taken on board and they actually make changes and manage the practice properly.

To say they have a legally binding duty of care to their patients, there service is poor. If you don't work you will have no problems getting appointments or vacinations if you do work, don't bother trying go through a third party agency or register else where.
