I ordered and picked up within the hour. If you pick up you canβt pay online which is a bit of a pain as I could not get the battery I ordered picked up. I ended up arranging a lift there and back which was not ideal as the person was at work. But saying all this. I ordered and picked up very smoothly.

When I attempted to arrange a return, I was met with resistance and excuses rather than support. This situation is unacceptable for the following reasons: 1. Incorrect items supplied: As a customer, I placed my trust in your expertise to provide the correct parts. Supplying the wrong items has caused me delays, additional costs, and inconvenience. 2. Unreasonable refusal to accept returns: Despite your mistake, I was denied the right to return the items. Instead of providing a resolution, your staff looked for reasons not to process the return. This approach is both unprofessional and unfair. 3. Consumer rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement when goods are not as described, faulty, or unfit for purpose. Your refusal to accept the return directly breaches these rights. I request the following actions be taken immediately: β’ Full acceptance of the returned items, with shipping costs covered by your company. β’ A prompt refund or correct replacement parts supplied at no extra cost. β’ Written confirmation that your returns policy will be applied fairly in future. If this matter is not resolved within 14 days, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through my bank (chargeback) and report it to Trading Standards. I hope this complaint can be resolved quickly and professionally. Please confirm receipt of this letter and advise on the next steps.

The cashier was very rude. I called my husband to ask which parts I needed, and I told the lady behind him. He drives and sometimes can't hear what we were saying. My husband spoke loudly so she could hear, and she threatened us, saying they don't tolerate that tone of voice. When we told her we wanted the rear part, she had a very angry face and couldn't tell the difference between a bonnet and a boot. She asked three times if it was for the front, and we said it was for the back. Very bad experience at this store today.
