   I recently ordered a set of boost pipes from VUDU and I’m really impressed with both the product and the service. The pipes themselves are excellent quality, exactly what I was hoping for. When my order first arrived, two parts were unfortunately missing. Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out was how quickly the customer service team handled it. They got in touch with me straight away and arranged for the missing items to be sent out on next-day delivery. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. Great quality products backed up by outstanding customer service – I wouldn’t hesitate to order from VUDU again.

   Really disappointed with the communication between the team and myself. We had the car tuned with themselves on 04/04/25 and they seemed really friendly and recommended places for us to spend the day whilst waiting for the day as we’re not from the area. Upon collection the car just wasn’t performing as it should be, we went back and they said it was the actuator and that we should replace it once home and when convenient which we did, we booked it in for about 2 weeks after the tune in that meantime we didn’t drive the car at all as it just didn’t seem right and we were led to believe the actuator was the course of this. It in fact wasn’t, the whole turbo was on the verge of blowing we caught it just in time when the 2 weeks prior during tuning they said there was no issues and it was safe to be tuned? For a turbo specialist tuning company that doesn’t sit right with me, the car was performing perfectly fine prior and we had no issues. After seeing the old turbo i don’t see how this wasn’t picked up. Can’t seem to make that make sense. I have tried being nice and contacting them to try and resolve this as we’re now massively out of pocket after replacing the actuator and labour to then having to pay for a new turbo and fitment. The only solution they gave was to send them the old turbo and PAY for it to be inspected, absolutely not acceptable. Really dissatisfied with the customer service, have been promised calls back on multiple occasions and not once have i received one. I expect this to be followed up as deemed appropriate. Madison.

   Amazing service from Vudu Performance. I Ordered a DO88 intake for my BMW G21. Sam Matthews from customer service/sales, was super helpful, extremely polite and friendly. This was probably the most perfect sales transaction I have experienced. My delivery arrived earlier than I expected, and wasted no time fitting it, like an excited little child. I absolutely love the intake, the aesthetics and sound are amazing, I can 100% feel a difference in performance, much more responsive, quicker from standstill and better mid range power. Thanks again

   What an amazing set of people, extremely fast response time to emails, professional and knowledgeable office staff, a pleasure to deal with, keep up the good work and thankyou for all your assistance. An email in the morning to AET, a phone call later then on my way to AET to pick turbo up at 1300hrs. If you are going to remap and upgrade your vehicle, these are the only reputable and trustworthy team to deal with. Just read their reviews and youtube vids, they know their stuff.
