Crazy impossible to get an appointment, you need to plan well in advance if you are going to be ill. some really good staff such as Sarah and Evie, but some you are dismissive, rude and lack any empathy

Worst GP I’ve ever been to and the most useless place ever experienced and I’ve been to many medical centres. If I could go on about what’s gone on there and how wrong it is and how Dr Morelli threw his dummy out the pram and did something messed up I would go in to lengthy detail. I’m surprised he is even a GP. Please DO NOT use this place. You will get nowhere for months no matter if yo attend the practice 3 times a week for months. Don’t waste your time. If I could give it a zero star I would. This is all I’m saying for now as I don’t want to waste my energy on it.

Arrived on time to then spend 15 minutes in a queue to check-in, only to be told that we'd missed the appointment and had to re-book. Tried the self-checkin originally which didn't work. The staff were very helpful but the organization here needs some work.

19.08.2024 Phoned @ 10:05. Caller number 10 in queue. Finally got to number one and the dial tone changed. Rang for 30 seconds and somebody put it down. Tried a further 4 times and got same result. 1.5 hours lost of life. Not the first time either

Excellent service from this practice. Reception staff all very helpful and cannot do enough for you. Dr Burnett is brilliant doctor. He always makes time to listen and explain thoroughly. Cannot rate this practice highly enough

I had an appointment to see a doctor. I signed in and was advised that I would be called when the doctor was ready. Well organised and had very short wait till my name was called. Reception was very helpful.

Absolutely useless. On hold for 45 minutes to get to the first in the queue then they put the phone down, only to ring a second time and the same thing again. Then ring later this evening to be first in the queue for another 40 minutes and nothing. Poor communication

Today a saw Jo Bale for a women’s health issue and she was absolutely fantastic. Professional, kind and personable. It couldn’t have gone any better. Thanks so much Jo!

THE BEST A MAN CAN GET Had an emergency appointment & turned up early, struggling to stand let alone walk I was made to wait over 40 mins in excruciating pain, (This was an emergency appointment) During that forty mins to an hour I was denied help from reception staff doctors and the management. I was denied help even though every one including the people in the waiting room which as I can remember was full, could see I was in desperate need of help. I pleaded with the practice manager to lie down as I could not sit, as I was about to collapse as I was in that much pain. There is no where for you to lie down came the response. I said you will find me some where when I collapse Tony Riley Cooper replied "How dare you threaten me and my staff with your collapse". I was left bent double at the reception with no help or compassion shown, apart from a kind lady who handed me my walking stick that I dropped whilst I was bent double, my eyes were closed writhing with pain, I could hardly stand and the floor was getting close. I begged for help and none was offered I was getting louder and louder as I was desperate for help. Mr Tony Reilly-Cooper said loudly " and I quote "if you are not happy with the service then I was to go else where." at that point I tried to leave and made my way to the door I collapsed outside. Reception staff came with a wheel chair, I told them not to put me in the chair as I was in agony and could not bend at the waist I was manhandled by staff when I told them not to put me in a wheel chair as it would make the pain worse, I was ignored and dragged of the floor and slammed into a wheel chair and wheeled back into the waiting room for more dignity stripping. I managed to get out of the chair and kneel on the floor whilst leaning on the waiting room seating, "the pain was intense." Dr Morelli was informed of my condition according to a statement given by Cooper and he chose to leave me on the floor in pain knowing I have a serious pre existing nerve disease called CRPS/RSD. I had fever shivers and felt dreadful, I was in a real bad way and this is the treatment and care I received from the priorslegh medical team. My dignity was not maintained and respected I was not respected. I was denied an ambulance and had to get a taxi as an ambulance would have been to conspicuous and an indication of there neglect to onlookers that had whiteness my treatment or lack of. I was In hospital for a week with 24 hour morphine iv 24 hour antibiotic iv for 5 days . I had late stage perforated bowl. I was told I was very lucky that I did not rupture as that would have left me with colostomy bag, and or lost some or part of my bowel. "Thank-you for the amazing care.
