   Drove from Derbyshire side of Sheffield for an hour to pick up a part that was no longer there, to say I was fuming is an understatement. The company called me after finding a part I wanted on BreakerLink, they talked to me in detail about how I could collect, gave me their address and discussed collection on my day off (Friday), after travelling nearly an hour, I waiting there only to be told they haven’t got the part. Lesson don’t trust blocked they don’t seem to appreciate peoples time is precious.

   Horrible service, guy called Adam comes across nice at first but is very cunning. I bought an engine complete without the gearbox for almost 5k , originally told me 7 - 10 days, then said they’re behind and will be shipping out on 11th day mark, then on 14th day apologised and said the delay was due to a faulty part, then promised will be shipped asap. Then on day 18 told me he didn’t know where the engine was. Took him the second phone call to apologise to me, he had an issue that I had an issue with the service and I was asking about his process in why this situation has occurred in the first place. This place doesn’t even deserve one star from me, I got a successful refund because of my credit card provider. Cover yourself guys and pay with a credit card with these type of b class companies.

   Top guys. Found a door for a m4, they were able to take some photos and advise on condition before I went to collect. It was a 7 hour round trip for me to go to them so was a little apprehensive based upon other reviews. But people always jump to complain, and don’t bother writing when things went well, so I think it’s only fair. Guy gave some advice too which proved useful when refitting the door to my car. Would use again for sure.

   Be very careful - we sold an alloy wheel to these guys via eBay, value approx £600. Claimed item damaged and initiated a return (what actually happened, was they purchased another full set online and wanted to send mine back, buyer remorse!) - which is bad enough in itself, however they then returned an empty envelope with the eBay return tracking info attached - no wheel - clear case of fraud. The case has been forwarded from the eBay trust and safety team to ActionFraud - in nutshell, I wouldn't trust buying anything from these guys with any significant value. Read the other reviews too. Oh, and then they had the cheek to leave neutral feedback on eBay....!

   Beware! Don't buy anything expensive from them. They won't take any responsibility if you found the item damaged / broken. Recently I bought a bare engine from them that I found damaged. They took the engine back but refused to refund a single penny. I have registered a complaint with trading standards and also consulting my lawyer to sue them in a day or two. Please don't loose your hard-earned money to these fraudsters . Very very disappointed :(

   If I could leave 6 stars I would. I drive a 12 year old Audi A6 c6, and they are a life/car saver. Excellent service, delivered before time. For added reassurance, my local Audi repair centre happy to fit used parts from this company. Every part ordered has arrived on or before time, always within 24 hours of ordering and always the correct part, never a problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of genuine, refurbished parts. Without them my car would have been sold/scrap. As I love it I cannot thank them enough for keeping it and me on the road.

They patiently provided me with e-mail photos of their Octavia wheels in stock to assure me that my purchase would be compatible with my own wheels. Once I had made my choice and paid, my wheel arrived 48 hours later, a distance of 250 miles. Based on my experience, this is a reliable, honest and caring company that specialises in breaking VW Group motors and re-selling undamaged components. Thank you Adam and Andy.
