   Absolutely incredible customer service! I purchased a new GRP nose cone for my GBS Zero. It arrived with slight damage (crack in the paint where it joins the bonnet) which I believe was a fault of the courier. I contacted Kit Spares and, within hours, Steve had responded to my email saying they would send out a new one ASAP. The new one arrived two weeks later doubly packaged with tonnes of protecting foam around it and was of perfect quality. Excellent service from Steve and team
