My daughter and I was just looking at all the prams in the maidstone store. A lovely sales lady came over to help us. My daughter saw a pram she really liked. The sales lady named Alice was really helpful. we booked an appointment a week later, again Alice went through everything from taking the pram outside to see if it fit in the boot to checking if I had isafix to showing how the car seat fitted. Then went through breast pums to cameras checking babys heart beat. We were so impressed with Alice we wanted to shout out, Alice went above and beyond. My daughter chose the pram she loved. Alice is a credit to your store. Thank you so much for all your help ☺️
We went to look at a pram at 36 weeks pregnant. The salesman was absolutely not nice. She was not helpful. I touched one of the prams. She immediately told me not to touch it. She was completely closed off because we are foreigners. I will never go there again. Seeing someone else pushing the pram and being nice to someone else. I left in tears. I would not recommend to anyone who is a foreigner.
My wife and I didn't expect to be buying anything when we visited the store. However, the staff were so helpful and so kind that we bought a travel system and other miscellaneous items. We were served by Stella and helped by Alice. Both made the process enjoyable and stress free. We cannot thank them enough for making a potentially overwhelming process feel like a walk in the park. We definitely will be returning for further purchases as baby grows up!
