   We bought a car battery have not done anything with it as the original battery is fine I've made a call to bring it back and got told NO! when usually when you do anything you get told you've got 14 days if you decide to change anything its so unfair I paid £176.20p and now Im stuffed up. They should mention about certains things so you are aware

   Got a new clutch kit from SAF for my 2005 Merc Sprinter, turned out it wouldn't work with the old duel mass flywheel but it fitted ok. Turns out Merc changed the spec. Took it back and Matt the manager sorted me out a complete kit including a new flywheel, for no extra charge, which fitted and worked perfect Have used these great guy,s many times but this time you exceeded all our expectations. Thanks a million Matt.

   Absolutely appalling service, we purchased a starter motor for our bmw, had it fit, 5 days later it set on fire when we turned the car on. We rightly thought sutton auto factors would return this with no issue, however they refused to refund me, saying we have to come back when the manager is in. This is a literal health and safety hazard, luckily we weren't travelling anywhere and we were able to put the fire out but if we had been travelling anywhere god knows what would've happened. Can't believe they won't accept this as a simple return. The part is clearly faulty.

   Needed new number plates, paid for them and after waiting a while we were informed the machine was broken. Fine, theses thing happen, staff advised they placed my order with another branch and it would be ready for collection at 11am the next day. Called to collect at 2 pm and they weren't delivered, asked us to come back. Refused as this would have been the 3rd journey, so they agreed to deliver which they did later in the day. Very disappointed with the whole experience
