I had a wonderful experience with Hannah at the Fulham branch who helped me choose some gorgeous new shoes for my young daughters. She was efficient, helpful and very good with my children. Thank you Hannah!
Ordered a shoe for my 23m son. The website does not have any sizing guidelines and the shoes come a LOT smaller than the actual sizing. After paying £6 for shipping which is ridiculous (IMO), the staff on the customer service line was rude and unhelpful and asked to post the shoe back at my own cost and reorder (so pay £6 again!) to get the correct size. Returned the shoe and spent £10 in shipping and returns to have this horrible experience. Only famous because of blogger collaborations but otherwise bad design and even worse customer service - Riya Thomas
Very bad design for toddlers, either too narrow front or shoes keep falling off. Bought a pair for my 19 months old daughter who tried to wear once to nursery, but they took them off and advised not to wear as its too narrow and hurts the baby. When I took them back to the shop to feedback the design issue and asked for an exchange, they refused on grounds that she had worn them briefly. They offered me to talk to a manager Hannah over the phone who instead of taking the opportunity to seek more feedback about the design problem, was extremely rude to me. This was the third pair of shoes I bought from this shop, apart from the baby size one which I had bought for my newborn, both pairs I bought for my daughter when she was 16 and 19 months old turned out to be a disappointment, and given how badly the manager treats their customers I will stay away from this shop from now!
Really helpful and friendly service from the staff here. Great range of shoes for children of all ages and I was pleasantly surprised to see they also stock a range of accessories. I picked up some really pretty Liberty print hair bows which will make the most gorgeous gifts. I can't wait to come back!
I have had a really disappointing experience with both the Belgravia and Fulham Papouelli. I bought a pair of shoes on the 18th January for my one year old and the stitching has come undone so they are now not wearable. Papouelli have said that this is considered wear and tear and that they would repair the shoe however I do not accept this as a responsible course of action considering they're eight weeks old and have been worn sparingly. The bottom line is, the shoes were £49.00, I would expect them to be better quality and Papouelli should have handled the situation better and exchanged them. Going forward, I would not recommend Papouelli.
Bought my daughter school shoes from this shop. Before the end of first school term - les then three month of wear, the shoes had a hole in the sole! Went back to the shop to query the product just to be told by the office manager that my daughter must have one leg longer then the other and anyway that the shoes that I purchased (£79) are OCASIONAL school shoes!!!!! This shop is a joke.
