Trying to get an appointment for a removal of a implant then a new implamt replaced as my doctor doesn't do it and due to covid its a year over due! They don't and the phones, they don't give any other options you need and its an absolute joke.
Never answer the phone... been trying to get through to them for hours and i try nearly everyday to make an appointment. i have done a telephone consultation which they said i cant make an appointment over the phone with them and i must contact reception, but reception NEVER answer the phone all i ever hear on the automatic system is the staff are busy! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT IF NO ONE IS ON THE PHONES
Absolute joke of a system. I've been trying to get through for 4 hours as their terrible online booking system has no appointments for the rest of this year at ANY of the 5 local sites. No one answers the phone. My GP won't see me as he referred me here. I'm in absolute agony. I can't walk. I can't work until this is sorted out and no one seems to care one bit. Absolutely disgusting way to treat vulnerable people who need your help.
Ridiculous. Can't get through on phone when it's supposed to be open and get a message to say all operators are busy when we walk in to find out details and the staff are sat chatting about personal life. Finally found out about drop in clinic so returned. 6 people walked in after us and they all got seen before us and then more walked in and got seen. Sat for 1.5hrs at a drop in clinic when we were first through the door and was then told just to wait and then told we had been forgotten. Worse than the doctors or hospital drop in. Advice to anyone wanting this service- make sure you are free for a few hours and take snacks and something to do with you because you will be there a long time.
Great folks who are confidential and kind, but a hellish nightmare trying to get through to anyone! I've literally spent the entire morning trying to get help with a problem and it either just rings or is engaged. What a nightmare. Annoyed that I'll have to physically go in just to make an appointment to go back again another day
