   Terrible customer service. The manager with blonde hair was really rude and had a horrible attitude. One of the workers forgot to put an item I brought in my bag and I had left without noticing . When I came back, I explained and asked for it nicely. The manager was quick to accuse me of lying and did not want to resolve the matter at all. I showed her the receipt and even asked her to check the cameras and her response was “the cameras don’t work now and it works after couple days”. I stood my ground and urged something is done. Luckily the girl that served me came and confirmed what I was saying was true. I was then handed back my item which already got a security tag by the time I left and came back. The whole incident was incredibly suspicious and wrong. The manager clearly thought she could bully me to leave without my item but she thought wrong.

   This store has a short hair lady who claims to be the manager. From the way she treats customers I can say that she needs more training on how to be a manager clearly and train her staff better. I visited the store with my two kids. My son is three years old and he was moving around the store and clearly this so caring manager and her well trained staff was bothered so much from my son that stated that my son was not behaving how supposedly a three year old should behave. Beside the fact that they leave you waiting there for an hour claiming that they are looking for the shoes you want to buy and leave you just there until you get bored and leave the store, now this so capable store manager is also a professional of the way how three year olds should behave. Shameeee on her.

   Visited the store to buy myself a pair of trainers which turned into a mission impossible job due to poor customer service and lack of fresh new boxed trainers. I am very disappointed when I was sold a pair as new and when checked they was worn on display. Exchanged for another pair which was given in the wrong size and had marks on the front. I would not recommend visiting or purchasing from this store at all.

   Purchased Jordans from here for my son, unfortunately they stitching was coming undone after a week. Went to the store and spoke to Jada who was fantastic, dealt with the shoes and sodted an exchange.

   Seems interns are running this store. They do not know how to talk to customers. you need to explain them multiple times. Also, they do not update order correctly. Collected and returned order same day and its been more than week no updates in that. Very poor customer service and store.
