Small selection of traditional baby clothes are beautiful. The sales rep was very friendly and gave lots of info about the brands. I didn't see all the clothing items on the website, so I'll have to visit the store again. Toy selection is educational.
Bought puppet theatre for Grandson's birthday. Excellent service, helpful young woman sent photos to confirm product was as described and owner went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
Charming children’s store with fantastic customer service and lots of opportunities to ‘try before you buy’ with the beautiful toys on offer. Full of really lovely bits. I like that it is a local, family run business and you get the sense of attention to detail when you’re there. Love visiting with my children, we just struggle to leave!
Such a great shop with an awesome selection of good quality toys and clothing. The staff are always friendly and the owners in particular have gone out of there way to source an item for me. Recently they've even sent a package to NZ for me. Brentwood High Street is lucky to have Piccola!
What a wonderful shop! Staff very helpful and friendly, knew a lot about the products. Such a wide range of toys for all ages and the new baby grows are adorable!
Can't give no stars! Wow, I had the displeasure of visiting this store today. Utterly rude. Three young girls had there back to me when I walked in.... No welcome! No Hi! Looked at me blank when I asked if they stocked 'frilly socks'. Didn't have the type I was after (selection was very limited). Heard them laughing as I was struggling to get our of the shop doorway with my twin pram. Struggling because there is a display stand in the way. Didn't bother to help/ offer to move display stand. Just laughed. A shop being managed by children?!
