   I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience during my hygiene appointment here. I paid a hefty amount for a 30-minute private session, yet instead of simply doing her job, the hygienist Gurdev spent the entire appointment making judgemental, humiliating, and discouraging remarks. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. If she had offered polite, constructive advice, I would have genuinely appreciated it. But instead, she spoke to me in a way that felt demeaning and disrespectful, as if treating me was somehow an inconvenience to her. This behaviour is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting — especially when a patient is paying privately and expecting a standard of professionalism. At the end of the appointment, when I politely asked for basic dental hygiene advice, she refused and told me to book another appointment, despite the fact that I had just paid for her service and she said she doesn’t know me despite of treating me. She even made several of these comments in front of the assistant and receptionist, which added to the embarrassment. I left the clinic feeling mentally harassed, judged, and deeply disrespected. I have never experienced this kind of treatment anywhere before. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice, very unprofessional experience.

I wouldn’t have it any other way, I completely trust Gurdev and her team for their knowledge and experience in the field and for making it a totally relaxed and friendly experience on each visit. I would totally recommend without any hesitation any new patients consider using Little Aston Dental Care.

   The team at Little Aston Dental Care are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Gurdev and Cally are lovely people; they make sure you are comfortable throughout the appointment and are always very thorough. I never feel as though an appointment is rushed and Gurdev always takes time to listen to me as well as explain what she's doing. Overall very friendly and professional; I am extremely happy with the treatment I've received.

   This dental practice has a very relaxed feel about it; friendly, professional and competent in all manners of dentistry. As a patient it was reliving to find a dentist who is confident, stress-free and at ease with the work that needed to be carried out. Work on my teeth has been of a high standard of expertise and most importantly, pain free every time. It's always good to know what the dentist is going to do next during the treatment and Gurdev does just that with a step by step explanation. After care advice is extremely good and helpful and most importantly I leave the practice feeling happy and most grateful to Dr Talwar and her colleagues at Little Aston Dental Care.
