   I’ve been going to this dentist for years now and they give you an appointment for a certain time. You get to your appointment before your appointment time and they will have you waiting for 20 to 30 minutes before you’re seen. Normally It’s not a problem, but you cannot give people an appointment for a certain time and have them there waiting for more than 20 minutes at a time. That’s why today you’re getting zero stars.

   Yet again fantastic care and attention by dentists Yusuf and Ravi. I love this practice as it never fails to deliver excellent service. They are always professional and friendly. A huge thanks to all, and indeed Carol the receptionist for her hard work. Be proud of yourselves !

   Would not recommend if you have a choice. I am registered here as a NHS patient however I have been struggling for months - Appointment cancelled by practice as booked with wrong dentist in the past (delayed treatment, had to wait a month) -Receptionists have dismissed my symptoms of toothache and face pain (several times) -Receptionists lack empathy and can be very rude on the phone, I have called many other dental practices who are much more pleasant -Currently still in pain but receptionist has told me they are “fully booked” so have to wait 10 days. I have had to pay for private emergency dental checks elsewhere (3 times now) as this practice reception team refuses to get me booked in when I am in pain or really struggling. Other dentists are very confused as to why I keep going elsewhere as Sheldon Dental Practice are supposed to see their own patients when in pain within 48 hours (duty of care).

   What a fantastic experience we had. Despite the stress and anxiety my daughter faced at having 2 teeth removed, the dentist was incredible. He really put her at ease and got the teeth out with absolutely no problems. Would highly recommend.

   Awful place, fobbing off pensioners with ridiculous excuses. My father had the world's worse fitting false teeth made here, when he opened his mouth they literally fell out. Apparently the dentist he saw said "they can't be made to stay in"??? My father's old pair stay in so they can obviously be made to stay in!! My father, who is 78, left without any teeth.

   Dr Yasmeen had kindly seen me recently at very short notice due to tooth pain & facial swelling. She was personable & attentive! I would also like to thank the receptionist who had gone out of her way to be so accommodating in spite of being inundated with patients needs. Altogether, a wonderful Team within the Practice!

   These people are thieves. They cancelled my initial appointment the day before it was due to happen. I then had to book in for less convenient time as that was all that was available. Decided to have a look around as I now had quite a wait until my appointment and decided another dentist was the way to go so I called this place to get a refund and they were closed, despite their website saying they were open for a few more hours. I asked for my deposit they so graciously took on the day of my booking. 9 working days later and I still don’t have a refund. I called today and was told she couldn’t process it and would call me back. They instead decided to text me to call them. Their phone line said they were closed yet again despite opening hours saying open. Avoid.
