   At first I was puzzled how a nhs institution could even have some bad reviews as it’s not a subway or a convenience store etc didn’t know that was a thing but after going here three times early morning missing work, the doctor kept texting on his phone ignoring multiple patients and promised to do definite ‘ biopsies’, in 2 weeks then when the time comes literally saying ‘nah let’s see what happens’ receptions really pleasant and helpful on the positive but the main doctor never seen anything like it in my life was shocking/genuinely unforgettable.

   Handforth health centre have always been brilliant with me. I’ve sent in request via the online triage system and my doctor and other Handforth health workers have responded to message within 2 minutes! I feel well looked after and listened to when I have had face to face and phone call appointments too. There is never a wait and I can get through to them easily, appointments are available too. I have found the nurses and doctors to be lovely, and the receptionists to be very helpful and kind. I can’t fault this practice at all and highly recommend to anyone looking for a local practice.

   Always been treated well at this practice. Saw a Trainee today Dr Wade, fantastic consultation, professional, listened, patient approach and thorough, took proper history and despite me taking more than one issue to the appointment helped me with everything including an urgent check for something I was worried about, dealt with immediately. Couldn't recommend more.

   Today’s experience confirms my fifty plus years opinion of the excellence of this practice !! I submitted an appointment request at 11.45, was offered a cancelled appointment for 12.45, was seen face to face and returned home by 1.15 happily reassured. A magnificent team effort to maximise patient access. Thank you.

   Some of the male doctors here think they are the almighty God. They forget that they are meant to help people. No consideration for people with mental health problems at all. No patience for anything they deem unworthy. My Father was as GP. Thank goodness he's not here to see how low you've gone. Get off your high horses and try some perspective signed, Humanity

   An absolute shambles. Was ok ish before covid but gone majorly downhill post covid. Minimum 3 - 4 week wait to see a dr, put on waiting lists for basics such as ear syringing all topped of with appalling attitudes from both doctors and admin/receptionists - complete robots that need retraining and/or reminded of what job they choose to do and that compassion and understanding should be the bare minimum when dealing with sick patients! Terrible surgery absolutely terrible!!

   I have been a patient here for a few years and could not be happier. I am always able to get an appointment or advice when needed, the online service is great as I am able to explain my concerns and needs and the Doctors are always quick to respond via my preferred method of communication. I know Doctor surgeries get a tough reputation nowadays, however in my opinion Handforth Health Centre is outstanding and I would highly recommend it (especially compared to my experience of others in the village).

   My family and I have been patients at Handforth health centre for a year now having moved areas. We have found them to be fantastic, from the reception/admin staff to the doctors and nurses. Their e-consult and triaging system works very well. Things get sorted out very quickly and efficiently that way. Special mention of their doctors including the trainees who have been nothing but helpful and kind, andnat the same time they are clinically very good.

   Firstly the much stereotype criticising secretary's does not apply at the surgery. They have always been kind and considerate when dealing with any issues I may have and very professional. I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access. If I am needed to be seen then a doctor may in the first instance contact me by phone but if I am needed to be seen then they will do so and on may occasions it has been the same day. Every Doctor I have dealt with has been great an
