Was a good dental but now you have David checkout the worse dental ever . Need a lot of training in manner. I am a 60 year old lady and found him very rude just been back and seen Mark and he pulled my tooth out no pain at all thank you Mark you are the best one ever.
Using this dentist for 10 years myself and my wife has been going for 30 years during this time it has changed hands. Went yesterday to see hygienist and again excellent service, yes they do have some funny rules but it a business.
With this being the fourth 1 star review in a row, I'm not surprised this place still exists. I had an appointment for 12:20 and arrived at 12:27. The dentist had told me to rebook as I was 7 minutes late but phoned them in advance to say this. I have always waited a minimum of 20 minutes at every appointment ive had at this place. Upon arrival, I had asked if I was available to be seen but was told that, the dentist was with the same patient prior to my appointment which means she wouldn't of seen me straight away regardless of me being minutes late. I didn't see the sense in what the clerk was saying so i decided to explain why it didn't make sense. The short dark haired blue eyed Caucasian girl at the front desk became really patronising and rude and started to talk in a street slang way pointing her fingers and shaking her head whilst continuing her rudeness. Before i knew i was bombarded by 5 females all provoking the situation more. This got me aggrevated but immediately after she got her reaction she diverted the debate to me being a man and to not raise my voice to a woman. She couldn't even give eye contact whilst speaking to me then ended up talking a load of jargon. This place should be avoided at all costs. They take longer than other dental practices to fulfill your issues, due to them spreading out the appointments to make more money. They haven't been there long, maybe a year but any smart person can clearly see they just create money making schemes with YOUR oral health. AVOID!!!
So grateful for the whole staff,really understanding my dentist was just very caring and helped me all the way through my treatments from start to finish thankyou so much everyone x
Don't come here. The dentist is miserable, which is not helpful when for most dentists make people nervous, then rather than fixing the problem their response is to just pull teeth out. I was told "they can't do anything all we can do is remove the tooth there is no point opening it up" but when I went for a second opinion they were horrified that was the suggestion as removal would result in many more issues with other teeth rather than opening up the tooth and removing the decay.
The staff is friendly, the service is great and I feel well taken care of. I always get an a timely appointment. Would highly recommend
absolutely ridiculously had my friend waiting for hours, would not recommend this dentist at all!
