   I joined this dental practice and had my 1st appointment today. Im nervous when I’m new to somewhere but I felt at ease when I walked in and was greeted warmly by the reception staff. I arrived early to ensure parking and I was seen on time which was good. I was called upstairs where I was met by a pleasant lady at the top of the stairs that guided me into which room to come into. I was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and explained things thoroughly. I made my payment for my appointment and was booked in for my 6 month check up which is good because I have the opportunity to book the time off work in advance which can be difficult working in healthcare it’s hard to get appointment time off at short notice. I would recommend this dental practice.

   I’m always sceptical about the dentist, ever since I was a kid I had a really bad experience and ever since I’ve been terrified of the dentist. A few years ago I had to have a tooth extracted and Marston Green Dental Practice made me feel so comfortable. I haven’t been for a few years and was nervous as I saw they had new Dentists, I was booked in with Charmaine and she made me feel at ease. I wasn’t anxious, she did an x-ray and spoke with me about the options we had going forward about my teeth. I’m booked in for another extraction and a filling and for the first time in my life I’m not scared about going to the dentist. Can’t praise them enough.

   Booked an emergency appointment and was seen promptly. Reception staff are very courteous and polite, atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. A lovely surgery with impeccable cleanliness. An enormous thank you to the dentist who treated me (extraction) she kept me very well informed and discussed all my options. During surgery she was attentive and considerate, whilst keeping me up to date with what was happening. I couldn’t have asked for better. I’m very grateful to have received such excellent service and to have found such an excellent dental practice.

   All I'm going to say is that after many years of being anxious and having a phobia of needles, Anand has been fantastic. Him and his team were brilliant in making me feel comfortable, guiding me through every step which helped me fight my fear. Ive had 5 appointments and now the major work is done, im going to hopefully be in a position to improve the look of my teeth without the phobia.. If your teeth are in need of being looked at and your anxious of going to see the dentist, then I'd 100% recommend this place.. Thanks and see you in 6 months

   Totally disappointed with their services they have old stained equipment, they provide simple services that any minor dentists can provide. If I had known that they would send me to other dentists to get my procedures done and then come back to them to finalise my teeth and pay them every time for nothing I would have chosen some better dentist.

   I couldn't be happier with my experience of this dentist. I found them when I needed an emergency appt. I had not been to the dentist for years after a bad experience. Everyone from the receptionist, the dentist who extracted my tooth and hygienist who I have seen since have all been wonderful. Its nice to finally find a dentist i feel comfortable with. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
