   Got an emergency appointment to this clinic after seeing low ratings it was super the guy was spot on with everything and very helpful dentist left feeling happy tbh and woman on desk read my deaf badge and took that into consideration when talking with me Thank you

   Called 111 and was seen here within 45 mins. Excellent service front of house and in the dental chair. An x-ray was taken which showed the tooth was cracked making it too risky to remove on the day. Was quickly and seemlessly referred to the Westbourne Centre Edgbaston. Extremely impressive and highly recommened.

   Worst dentist Ever been registed for 50+ never had a problem!! Went for a filling, second visitafter temporary filling, I Was told by young dentist man That i haven't been for long time! His not doing filling till I've had a check up ,thats ok understandable but then he wanted me to book another appointment for filling cannot keep having time off work for A filling 3 visits! Cancelled!

   Horrendous experience, walked out in the end. Walked in with my children and could see straight away the receptionist looking us up and down, 25 minutes after my daughters allocated time and after multiple times of her telling my children of who were being typical bored children I asked when we're actually going to be called in she phoned through and smirked while proudly telling me their behind and ild still have to wait so I walked out, they are not family friendly at all and i had some very upset children walking out of there

   Missed my appointment due to circumstances of going to hospital, called up to get a new appointment and they tell me that no dentist wants to see me and I have to find another place to go, being extremely rude down the phone. You don’t know what someone’s going through or someone’s mental state either. To be spoken to rudely down the phone after having to say goodbye to a dying family member today is actually disgusting. Wouldn't advise even trying to sign up here, the reviews are awful and the staff is rude

   Every time I’ve been I’ve been in there no longer than 15 mins it’s like they got no time for you I lose about £60/£100 leaving work just for them to stretch out their work I had a bridge put in lasted 3 weeks and fell out . Now I’ve got to go back lose more time and money. I’ve had it with this place.

   Started using this dentist 15 years ago and cannot fault it. I have Harrish and he is great. Lovely reception staff and assistants too. Never had a problem.

   DONT USE THIS DENTIST. Gareth is possibly the most miserable man I’ve ever met. Made the fatal mistake to tell me - “I DONT GET PAID ENOUGH TO GIVE YOU A ROOT CANAL FILLING… I just remove the teeth” You must go private it you want to save the tooth. Who goes to the dentist to just get there teeth ripped out due to his personal income. What does that say about our local trusty dentist. Im absolutely appalled at the comments made by Gareth Bevan. If he doesn’t own the dental facility he works in, I’d strongly advise the owner to get rid of him. He’s clearly ruining the experience people get from the reviews already posted on this feed. Il also be reporting you to the general dental council. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL CENTRE.
