Very good dentist surgery. They gave me an emergency appointment the next day and the dentist done her job very quickly less then 10 minutes. She was professional but slightly hasn't explained much about the after care of tooth extraction.

Absolutely rubbish. Lady Dentist didn't speak to me. Didn't even clean my teeth properly. Didn't t tell me the results of my xrays. Treatment room door was wide open other patients looking in while I was laying there with my mouth wide open. Everyone go to the one across the road

Absolutely disgusting experience. My sister was in agony — her filling had come out and she couldn’t eat or sleep. We begged for an emergency appointment and had to wait two full days. Fine, we waited. On the day, she was 5 minutes late, and she called the surgery multiple times to let them know. Eventually someone answered and said it was okay. But when we got there, the receptionist was unbelievably rude and said the appointment was cancelled. No compassion, no care, just a cold “no”. We were still within the time slot. She was in pain, had done everything right, and they just turned her away like she didn’t matter. It was humiliating and heartbreaking to watch. Looking at the Google reviews now, I’m not surprised. The receptionist is constantly mentioned rude, unhelpful, and clearly not fit to be the first point of contact for people in distress. It’s like they just want your money and couldn’t care less about your health. The dentist who owns this place should be ashamed. No morals, no empathy, no professionalism. My sister is still in pain, still can’t eat, and we’ve wasted time and energy for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs. If you’re in pain, you deserve better than this.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid what I went through. I was extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism at this dental office. From poor communication to subpar treatment quality, my experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. What made things even worse was the rudeness I encountered, especially from the front desk receptionist, Alex. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and at times downright rude. As the first point of contact, she set a very negative tone for the entire visit and made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Appointments felt rushed, my concerns were brushed off, and I never felt like my dental health was a priority. I’ve since switched to another dentist and immediately noticed a significant improvement in both the quality of care and the respect I was shown. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for dental services. You deserve to be treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect—none of which I found here.

Avoid Avoid.... I called for painful toothache with dentist. The receptionist told me, are you agree someone else can see you , I said who's ever dentist available is ok. I was in pain. She didn't make clear that we don't have a dentist and you will see by therapist. She put me a week waiting and when I attend the appointment the person said which I was appointed with , I'm not doctor I think you need antibiotics and proper check. I said I booked an appointment with dentist not you. She said we can refer you to a dentist in Cradily Heath the waiting time is might more the 3 weeks I refused.. the person gave me a paper to sign for payment as I'm full time working paying med, the most funny the paper was rubber stamped with dentist name. I said never you or the dentist checked me why I have to pay dentist fees. She said you come to surgery this surgery fees. All bulshit and paid NHS band 1 payments.

Was told today they have no dentist and to go elsewhere. Explained were registered there and we've recieved no letter or information. Receptionist said they don't know when there going to get one as they've left and to go elsewhere. Poor service.

Such a poor service, phone is engaged all day and yet they have one or two dentists. They really should close down or get new management.

***Please read this review prior to going to this dentist*** Leaving a review on behalf of my parent who received treatment from this practice. The dentist assigned to him did not perform the treatment correctly and then refused to acknowledge her errors. As a result of her lack of experience and post treatment care, my father has now ended up in the hospital for major surgery a week after this dental surgery performed their services. Prior to going to the A&E, my father notified the dentist of the pain he was having but they refused to give him an appointment until we insisted that he has to be seen. The dentist gave him antibiotics and removed him as a patient from her surgery. Instead of making sure she did her due diligence for an already disabled man, she chose to ignore his needs. The surgeon performing his emergency surgery as a result of the errors made by this dentist was horrified by the way original treatment was performed. Avoid this place like the plague. They don't care about their patients- neither their treatment nor the post care is up to medical standards.

There should be an option of zero stars, as even one does not qualify here. To begin, I was on time and 5 minutes early, I knocked and waited for reception, she came out and told me to wait outside, even though there was no one in waiting area and I was in my mask, even though restrictions have now been relaxed, but patients are still instructed to wait outside. I waited half an hour standing outside!! When I informed them I have other appointments etc, they then a little while later called me in. Had it been raining I would’ve been soaked! The dentist needs to be reassuring and ensure the experience for the patient is pleasant. Unfortunetly this was not the case. I was at first told an X Ray would occur, but not informed of how it may be uncomfortable whilst have a mechmism in my mouth. Once they began started the clean process, they did not use an adequate bib or tissues around my nexk, which allowed all the residue and gunk to slide down my neck and to my back and stomach, an extremely horrible experience. The dentist did not even politely inform If you do feel pain raise your hand etc, she could clearly see I was in severe pain but continued with the treatment and not take breaks. All in all I always avoided this dental practice as I had thought there may have been some improvements now, but unfortunetly it seems as the standards are very low and no consideration for patients. I will NEVER return to this dental practice and I will encourage others to refrain too, I have also cancelled my son’s appointments for the future. I do feel further training is required to deal with patients and supply nurses do not have a clue on how to support the dentist, always in and out looking for equipment, what a waste of patient’s time. Such a shame when they are charging immense money for treatments.

Dentist is quite rude, doesn't listen to patient's pain especially when your teeth are very sensitive! Treatment is quick and not painstaking. Have to schedule different appointments to have basic teeth care done and not well finished... Have to say the lady at reception is nice otherwise avoid this place
