   Being a complete novice accident victim I felt hugely supported by the reception team who talked me through the process. We’ve used them before for my husband’s no fault accident so we already knew the high quality of workmanship and attention to detail. We were not disappointed with my repairs either. We wouldn’t take our car anywhere else for body work. They deliver on their promises.

   Top quality work! Had front end damage done to my car, these guys handled it quickly and the work done was fantastic. Panel gaps are perfectly done and everything is well aligned, glad I went with them rather than the repairer initially suggested by my insurer. Tracey and charlotte at front desk are super lovely, great communication and kept me updated throughout. Overall hassle free, top craftmanship and they even cleaned the inside!

   After having my one week old car smashed up by a fleet driver outside my house i was recommended armstrong and burns by a friend and i wasn't disappointed! The girls on the desk (Charlotte and tracey) took all the stress away from me, dealing with the fleet company on my behalf and even giving me one of they're courtesy cars to use while mine was out of action. The service from these guys was second to none an the repairs done to an impeccable standard in super speedy time! I honestly don't know what i would have done without them so thank you so much Charlotte and Tracey and many thanks to Armstrong and burns.

   This review is super late, I've been meaning to add it for nearly a year so I apologise. I had a bump in my car and my insurance passed me over to this company. The girls on reception were so helpful and friendly. I had to have my car back for an interview and everyone there did everything they could to get the repairs done before my interview. I got thr car back,had the interview and got the job. Thanks again to everyone there

   Exceeded all expectations! The original assessment and quote considered all factors including replacement parts needed, labor, etc. I was informed that it would take up to 3 days for the repair to be completed. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. I was provided with a courtesy car which was in fantastic condition. Another quick assessment was taken, and I was informed the repair should be completed in 1 day! Later that afternoon, I was informed that the repair was completed. When I came to pick up my car the next morning, it was repaired and shiny clean! Furthermore, the repair costed a mere fraction of the price that I was quoted because they were able to salvage the existing parts that did not need to be replaced upon further inspection. I am so appreciative for the speedy, efficient, and cost effective work. I highly recommend them for auto body repairs!
