   Went to the practice today to get a scale and polish , dentist seemed very rude did not talk through anything in relation to the scale and polish and injecting the local anaesthetic . I was charged for an examination and a scale and polish and the examination was non-existent . Came out of the practice and there was still plaque on my upper teeth . Treatment felt very rushed only took 20 mins and I was charged £60 which is a lot for an incomplete service . Very disappointed only chose this surgery due to convenience but would make the journey to see a better practice next time

   I went in for an extraction, was seen straight away. The dentist put me at ease and talked everything through as she was doing the procedure. Slight sting from anaesthetic but apart from that completely painless. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

   I visited the Hall Green Dental practise today. I had to have six teeth removed. From start to finish I was made to feel at ease, even the injections wasn't too bad. I would highly recommend this practise. Made me feel comfortable all the way through the process. Many thanks Tony Brown

   I was running slightly late due to temporary lights which I called 10 minutes earlier and informed receptionist. Reception was thoughtful and said it's ok as long as we are not too late. I managed to bring kids in within 10 minutes of appointment time. The dentist was quite rude in behaviour and rushed in seeing each of the kids and refused to refer them for braces. Rather than helping and giving guidance she kept saying I won't refer as it will ruin my reputation. We felt very unwelcomed as she did not want us to book next appointments. Definitely moving dentist. Healthcare should be put in a compassionate person's hand- we didn't feel this from the dentist.

   Fantastic dental practice! I had a terrible toothache and called to book an appointment. They scheduled me in just two days later. As a new patient, I filled out my information upon arrival and was seen immediately. The dentist extracted my second molar in under 10 minutes, and the entire process was smooth and painless. I’m really impressed with the level of care and efficiency. Plus, the price was very reasonable compared to other practices that quoted me £300+ for the same procedure. Highly recommend!

   She is a butcher a nasty piece of work. Terrible manners very unprofessional. Made me suffer terribly, & needlessly when she could have refered me for undesedation treatment but no she gets a kick out of seeing patients suffer in pain. She is very rude abrupt and very uncaring should be shut down due to negligence especially towards NHS patients as per my own experience, in her own words " I should be grateful" Please avoid at all costs or suffer at your own peril.

   Well, going to the dentist may never be a complete joy, but all the staff at Hall Green go out of their way to make you feel welcome, relaxed and confident. My dentist gives a full explanation of any treatment, she knows me and my teeth and is always well prepared for the consultation. The whole team are absolutely excellent.

   This was such a positive experience at Hall green dental practice. I felt very calm and relaxed all the way through my treatment. The end results couldn’t have been better , my dentist was fantastic my teeth looked and felt the best they have been in years. I won’t ever use another dentist apart from this one now.

   Mr Walker was the best dentist I've ever had. Sadly he retired a few years ago. I went once thereafter and saw the new woman - she was dreadful. Vicious and painful during a check-up, then offered a scrape and polish, pointing out it would be £25 more. I said yes, she took maybe 30 seconds longer doing that, which was also painful. I told the receptionist I wouldn't be going back, due to the terrible experience I'd just endured. Ignore the 5-star review below - it is not for the current dentist.
