   Paul is great lovely gent and resolved my shoulder issue! Only reason for 4 star is that you have to pay the full amount even if you’re there for 5 minutes.

   I was sent here through work following a road traffic accident. I would highly recommend physio here. For the first time after years of physiotherapies for various reasons elsewhere Paul took the time to explain to me the inner workings of the body and the progress of the body following injury and rehabilitation and I have to say that helped my recovery more than anything. The time and patience taken to talk me through my recovery was above and beyond. Just a couple of minutes walk from the tram too, I would definitely return.

   Paul's treatment of the root cause of my plantir fasciitis has been nothing short of miraculous. After suffering constant pain for 18 months to the point that my mental health had nosedived, I found Paul. He almost immediately identified the problem causing the plantir fasciitis in the first place and after just one session I noticed a huge difference- easily a 30% reduction in pain. My second session today I could feel the difference during the treatment. I felt safe and in good knowledgeable hands- his passion for helping people really shines through.

   I saw Paul who was amazing from start to finish in every aspect. Extremely friendly and approachable guy - we chatted the whole time and his knowledge of the human body is incredible. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I had a mystery pain in my shoulder and Paul was able to tell me exactly what was going on, what the root cause was (posture-related) and also advised on how to fix it with strength and mobility exercises. The clinic was bright and clean, protocols were followed very well in terms of wiping equipment down, and Paul asked before our appointment if I wanted him to wear mask. Worth every penny and I will likely be back again for a follow-up because the experience was THAT GOOD. Thanks so much, Paul! :)

   After a fall, I had been in pain for weeks. After a telephone call I visited Paul at the Whitefield clinic. I honestly thought he was going to say I was a lost cause!! However, after a few painful squeezes of my right calf muscle, a massage of my left foot and a few manoeuvres later I could feel the benefits!!!! Paul showed me some special stretches and told me to do them ever hour. I've taken his advice and have seen vast improvements!! Thank you so much Paul. Jayne kouadio.
