   I have been with this Dentist now, in the care of Dr Handa for 10+ years, and have had nothing but excellent service and treatment. I've had various treatments from fillings, to crowns, to a root canal. All done with exceptional skill, care and a friendly manner. I would not hesitate in recommending the practice and in particular, Dr Handa, who is an outstanding dentist. Her depth of knowledge and the dental advice she provides is second to none.

   I had a fantastic experience with this dentist. They were able to fit me in on the same day thanks to a cancellation, which I really appreciated. I needed a tooth removed, and Mrs Handa was amazing — she made me feel completely at ease and explained absolutely everything beforehand. The whole team was lovely, welcoming, and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

   I have been using Pickering House in Lichfield for a few years now and I must say the treatment I have received from Dr.Handa has been first class. She is kind, caring and very professional in all her work which make her a fantastic dentist. The additional Hygienist I use at the Practice is also very professional always smiling and offers a good service. I would recommend this Dental Practice and all the staff who work and run a great business.

   I am fairly new to this practice but from the few appointments I've had so far I am very happy here. I have seen the same dentist on each visit which really helps as I am a nervous patient. She helped me with this alot and the last visit I had no worries in going there. Unfortunately for what I needed doing I was referred to cradley heath dental practice. I literally cannot explain in words how awful my experience was there. I had to have 2 teeth removed and I feel totally traumatised by it. There was zero care or compassion, even when I'm screaming out and writhing around he continued to extract my tooth without taking notice of me at all. He cracked and shattered my teeth with bits flinging off into my mouth which he fished out with his hands and flicked off. He placed a wad of gauze over my nose to hold my head still, I had to force his hand off me as I couldn't breathe. After I had been tortured he had to clean all the blood off my face so other patients wouldn't see as I walked out! I just need to say this because if anyone else gets referred here (imperial dental practice cradley heath) from this dentist, please - DO NOT GO!!!!!

   This dental practice is truly amazing. I have been seen by Mr Handa and Mrs Handa and both are very kind, caring, patient and explain everything to you. Both of these lovely people are extremely professional and exceptionally knowledgable. They make you feel very relaxed and their patients needs and comfort are their prime concern. All of the staff are also very kind, very understanding and very patient, nothing is too much trouble for them. Would thoroughly recommend this practice.

   Me and my wife had our first initial appointment today. The dentist we saw, was absolutely amazing. I am a very nervous and anxious patient due to previous experience else where. But the dentist put me at ease, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment same with my wife. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, with a lovely smile on her face. But the disappointing part was the nurse, the nurse was very rude to me and my wife and very abrupt and it made us feel very uncomfortable. Apart from that, the practices is absolutely fantastic with a very good service.
