Never have a problem here all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The health care professionals are spotless on.

This is a very good GP's surgery with very friendly staff.i always go here for my blood tests and they are very quick and very good.its only about 5 minutes or so walk from Sainsbury's and there's a bus stop on the main road.
I totally recommend this clinic, especially the phlebotomy department, the staff are extremely efficient and always very friendly. And they always make patients feel at ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my blood test. I wish i knew the two ladies names? But they definitely need recognition for doing a great job, well done ladies, I had an appointment today, where there was a few hiccups regarding my blood test needed? And the lovely ladie soon helped me sort it all out so I didn't have an appointment which was a waste of time.
Tried ringing this place to arrange an appointment as directed by the staff on the original number I rang. The phone puts you on hold for less than a minute then cuts you off stating "Thank you for calling...goodbye" This happened so often I went down to the centre bearing in mind the website says it closes at 5.00 pm. Went in via the front door and there was nobody on reception. A lady appeared looking really flustered and bearing in mind that it was only 4.20 pm she asked what we wanted. We stated we needed an appointment on 6th November and said the phone was not being answered, she then repeatedly stated that it was working. She was more concerned that she had to pick up her child from school and the place closed at 4.30. As I said earlier the hours advertised said it shut at 5.00. I managed to get an appointment but I needed to talk about something else that I needed an appointment for..as everyone was leaving the building this didn't happen. I found this a complete lack of customer service and the fact that the staff were more intent on leaving the establishment than helping me out with my problems was utterly out of order.
Disappointed ☹️ After taking 4unit of blood of my spouse, given incomplete report (report missing). Now I have been asked to give the 4unit of blood for the test again. Also the next appointment is after 15 days.
Had blood test a few weeks ago, lovely lady taking blood and she said she was pleased I’d come early. Therefore the next time I went I arrived 10 mins early but they wouldn’t let me in the building and I had to wait outside in the rain for 10 mins. I wasn’t happy☹️
Had some stitches removed here appointment was @ 10.00 but wasn't seen until 10.25 the nurse was apologetic for the wait returning again today hopefully no delay
Having had issues with the phone consultation system, they have been quick to sort out a new appointment for my daughter. Nurses have been great the whole time!
Brilliant. Hardly any wait. Very friendly.
